Positiv: Tolle Lage, kann im Sommer durch die Gastronomie in der Nähe etwas laut werden.

Negativ: Die Vorhänge waren sehr dunkel und umständlich in der Nutzung,

Positiv: Die Lage war sehr gut. Alles zu Fuss in der Innenstadt erreichbar. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof ging es sehr schnell mit der U 1

Negativ: Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimal. Gutes Essbesteck wäre wünschenswert (Messer), Teekanne, Geschirrhandtuch, denn Teller und Tassen reichen nicht, wenn man das Geschirr in die Spülmaschine gibt, da muss man zwischendurch auch abspülen. Für die Kaffeemaschine wäre es hilfreich, wenn eine Notiz hinterlassen würde, wo es die Kapseln gibt. Wir waren dann bei Nespresso, nahmen ein Muster mit, aber es konnte uns nicht garantiert werden, dass die Kapseln funktionieren. Hat aber zum Glück geklappt. Wäre auch hilfreich, wenn man im Vorfeld wüsste, was es für eine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Ein einfacher Kaffeefilter wäre auch hilfreich. Beim Fernseher war leider kein öffentlich rechtlicher Sender zu empfangen.

Ein unvergesslicher Wien-Kurzurlaub

Positiv: Die Lage ist ganz phantastisch und zentral. Das Appartment schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist top, es blieben keine Wünsche übrig. Es lagen sogar eine Persil-Disc für eine Wäscheladung und einige Spülmaschine Tabs bereit, sehr aufmerksam! Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Bermudadreieck und nachts wird es deshalb von all den Nachtschwärmern im Sommer sehr laut. Die doppelten Fenster schließen aber perfekt und schalldicht ab.

Negativ: Wir hatten nichts zu kritisieren.

Positiv: Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Austattung super, Betten sind bequem - es war rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Positiv: The location and it has everything you need. Also the service was very fast and they try to make the trip as smooth as possible

Positiv: The location is great, it was quite easy to get to main the sights and places. The appartement was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in/out was easy and quick.

Negativ: There are several appartements I reckon, so all the pictures are mixed, when you book you don't know what exactly you get. All the knives need sharpening and would be great to have a few hooks in the bathroom.

Overall, it was a good stay with some areas that could be improved.

Positiv: The apartment is large and spacious, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — right in the city center, which makes it very convenient. The apartment was warm, and the owners were very responsive and helpful; when we had a minor issue with the TV, they solved it quickly.

Negativ: The cleanliness could be improved. There was noticeable hair in the bathroom, and the floors were not very clean. Also, the apartment is located above a bar and opposite a club, so there was some noise during the weekends, which might be disturbing for light sleepers.

Positiv: The room was an excellent choice, located in a truly outstanding area right in the city center. It offered very easy access to public transportation, with metro and tram stops just a short walk away, and many major attractions reachable on foot. Spacious, quiet, safe, and impeccably clean, it provided a comfortable and relaxing stay that I would highly recommend.

Negativ: Overall, the stay was good, but there were a few inconveniences worth mentioning. Although we were told in advance that early check-in would be possible, the room was not ready upon our arrival, and communication with the responsible staff took quite some time. As a result, we only managed to access the room late in the afternoon after several hours of delay. Another negative issue is the lack of luggage storage

Excellent value, location, and apartment

Positiv: Location was excellent - right in the thick of things, though despite the proximity of many bars, the apartment remained completely quiet on the inside. Check-in was supersmooth. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The apartment is managed by Arbio, who provided amazing service: we'd forgotten an item of clothing, and they contacted us to let us know before we'd even realised. Then they helped us arrange to get it back again.

Negativ: I can't think of anything at all that could have been better.

Positiv: Great location. Prompt communication with the owner. Has a washing machine.

Negativ: Heater stopped working the 2nd day. One person got sick as result of it.
