Positiv: Absolut positiv der kostenlose Parkplatz und die Lage Busse vor der Haustür zu U und Bahnhof

Negativ: TV war nicht vorhanden

You would not regret it

Positiv: The house was enough big, warm and comfortable, including all rooms such as bath, bedroom, kitchen etc. We could do the daily routines readily, and the owner was really interested and solution-oriented. The free parking was the best thing.

Negativ: The ground was not clean but not so unhabitable and sometimes we were not able to adjust temperature of house, when you turned on the heater, you waited for heating and at the end of the period, the room would be blazing therefore you opened the windows to reduce the heat, you were invaded by insects in that time. Maybe more practical device can be montaged.

Good value and good location!

Positiv: Great location close to the palace and the zoo. Spacious.

Positiv: We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Vienna. We liked the location, near Schönbrunn, we liked that we had parking for our car, the building manager allowed us to park the car from 11:00 am even though the check in time is at 15:00. We were very glad and we visited attractions near by until the check in, leaving the car in the safety of the property. We took the bus in front of the apartment to go towards the opera in Vienna, to visit other sights in that area. We purchased the Vienna pass which is a great deal and we visited as much as we could in our 3 day stay. We returned by the hop on hop off bus at Schönbrunn (also part of the Vienna Pass). The price of the apartment was reasonable ( around 102€ per night). It is a big, nice apartment even though is in the basement it is bright and comfortable(apartment number 6) It has basically everything that we needed.

Negativ: There was a strange smell (like stale) on the sheets and towels( smelled a bit off.) The shower was a bit leaking.

Great place to stay

Positiv: Comfortable stay, everything we needed, location fine too. Quiet room, parking easy. Close to Schoonbrun

Negativ: Fans working but a bit wobbly, being addressed by landlord, could do with another mirror in alcove of lounge area.

Positiv: Very close to Schonbrunn palace. Bus station in front of the property. It was easy to get the keys and to park. It has parking.

Negativ: Apartment number 2 is actually a very big room with a double bed and a couch. From the description and pictures I thought that there are 2 separate rooms. A better curtain is needed because the existing one you can see trough it so no much privacy and light is passing.

Positiv: Location of apartments, parking on the territory of hotel and lot of space inside of the apartments.

Positiv: Really close to the schonbrunn garden Very spacious Well equipped kitchen and bathroom 1 bedroom and second bed in the big living room 1 fan Big parking, with a little too small gate but enough to drive in

Negativ: A little bit too noisy

Positiv: The accommodation met all our expectations. Beautiful part of the city, beautiful yard! For any recommendation!

Positiv: The apartment is very spacious, perfectly clean, it was easy to find and the location is excellent, with good connection to public transport. And having the parking spot in the city is very convenient.
