Positiv: The accommodation is far better than we imagined. Valeria (the woman who showed us the apartment) is one of a kind, very informative, kind, funny and helpful. The apartment is located in the center of the city, near to supermarkets, shops, and public transportation. The location won't disappoint you. It was also fully equipped with hygiene products, kitchen stuff and a huge Tv with different channels, Youtube, Neftlix. It will exceed your expectations, even if you struggle with perfectionism (it was really clean!) Furthermore, the communication through booking is direct and the people are always willing to help you with any request. Definitely worths the price. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Wir sind mit der Ausstatung der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist von Vorteil (man kann in der Nähe Supermakts, Bus Haltestellen, Fahrräder und Beckereien finden). Die Angestellten sind höflich, nett und stehen Ihnen immer zur Verfügung. Ein Besuch lohnt sich!

Positiv: Die Frau die dafür zuständig ist ist mega nett. Außerdem habt ihr eine Wohnung die nicht weit weg von allem was es in Wien gibt.

Positiv: Die Dame die für das Appartement zuständig ist war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Appartement an sich ist schön und erfüllt seinen Zweck.

Negativ: Es ist leider sehr laut wenn sich jemand im Treppenhaus aufhält, was vorallem Nachts nicht immer ganz angenehm ist. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Stay with only positive impressions

Positiv: Great host! Very friendly and nice - the host met us and navigated us through facilities, stores nearby, and gave us recommendations for our stay in Vienna. The apartment is also comfortable. While the windows are on the street side, with closed windows it was quiet and comfortable.

Negativ: The bathroom door may be better - you can hear everything that is happening inside the bathroom. Not the best choice if staying with friends or shy people.

Positiv: The room lady was really really friendly and helpful. Place was clean and spacious. Location was perfect.

Positiv: The location is very good even though it’s not on the center there is an underground and a tram nearby. The apartment is big, better that the photos and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has toiletries. Valeria( the woman who does the check ins) is very sweet and polite.

Negativ: A bit far from the centre

Good value for money, Perfect for few nights!

Positiv: Very nice place. It’s quite small, but it was ok for family of 4 for 3 nights. There’s everything was is needed. I liked the dark ceilings, it was good to sleep. There is no AC, but there’s an effient fan. The lady who opened the door was very friendly (her english is quite poor) and candies and a bottle of sparkling wine was waiting for us. There’s an outdoor swimming pool for childten just across the street!

Negativ: The place is a bit out of the centre and there’s not much nearby (grocery stores 10 min, tram etc 5 min)

Nice place for short stay

Positiv: The location is perfect, very close to the Belvedere, public park, West rail station. There are many supermarkets and cafes around. Communication with the company was good. Overall design of the room is very compact but functional. Bottle of wine was a pleasant addition to our stay

Negativ: The elevator was broken and we were forced to go up with suitcases. Very small shower box, but good that it exists in such a tiny apartment.
