Positiv: Alles war super! Die Küche, das Bad, das Bett, der Fernseher. Das Appartment liegt im Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-bahn Station.

Positiv: Die Wohnung Nr. 1 war recht klein aber funktionell.

Negativ: Der Wäscheständer ist viel zu groß für die kleine Wohnung. Man kann ihn nirgendwo hinstellen. Es gab ein Schwamm zum Spülen und Spüli aber kein Küchentuch. Mit der vorhandenen Küchenrolle abzutrocknen war mühsam und verursachte Müll.

Positiv: Alles da wie beschrieben. Mit der Buslinie ab Spar an der Hauptstrasse der nächsten um die Ecke ist dIe Station praktisch ( .Zu Fuss bis Stadtkern zu weit, )in der Nåhe Richtung Floridsdorf schnell bei der UBahn und in jede Richtung viele Geschäfte Im Stadtkern

Negativ: Leider hät s aus dem Boiler getropft der TV ging nicht wegen eines Vorangegangenen Sturm. Musste nach Kagran umziehen Das ist an der Grenze von Bezirk 22. Der Besitzer war meistens gut erreichbar . Sehr netter Herr

Komme zu jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Positiv: mit der S7 sehr preiswert direkt vom Flughafen bis zum Bahnhof Floridsdorf, 9 Minuten Fussweg oder mit Gepäck für 9 Euro Taxi. Die Cat Verbindung ist viel zu teuer, Der CAT fährt zur Zeit wegen Gleisarbeiten nur stündlich. Appartment nach hinten zum Hof sehr ruhig. Haus typisches Wiener Wohnhaus sauber, ruhige Lage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter nur über mail war gut, zuverlässig. Die Schlüsselübergabe errfolgte in drei Schritten mit klar verständlicher Anweisung. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, speziel das Doppelbett, und funktional sogar mit Waschmaschiene auf dem Flur. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Floridsdorfer Bahnhof. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Negativ: Beim TV waren sehr viele Sender verschlüsselt, schade.

Positiv: Gute Lage, max. 10 min. vom Bahnhof Floridsdorf und allerlei Einkaufsgeschäften entfernt, sehr gute Ausstattung, toller Preis!

Negativ: Die Matratze war leider zu hart für mich, aber jetzt kein Weltuntergang. Das Bad war leider nicht geputzt.

Positiv: Clear instructions for check in. Place close to tram and within reasonable distance to subway. Several supermarkets and cafes nearby. The studio itself is very good, had microwave and iron which was handy.

Negativ: None.

Positiv: I have visited Vienna three times in a row and all the three times I stayed at this place. The apartment was clean and comfortable, well-connected by public transportation and the host is highly professional. I highly recommend this place.

All-inclusive studio experience for cheap

Positiv: For the price, it was an absolutely amazing deal! The location is residential, nice and quiet. Supermarkets nearby, and a tram stop as well. The room itself was a bit small and old fashioned, but had everything you needed. Very comfortable stay, nothing too luxurious.

Negativ: Going to the center was not the most straightforward with public transport. It's a bit away from the main events, but you get the quiet area for that. The toilet was a bit old, the furniture could use some updating, and the deepfreeze handle was broken in my case. In the hot weather I had an air conditioner would have been nice, though a fan was available.

Positiv: Overall it was a good,nice and pleasant stay. Not very far from the major train station.

Negativ: Checkin was a bit complicated, as the Network was not reachable at the door, and it could be trouble if someone doesn't have any Active SIM

Positiv: Self check-in and check-out were really easy and explained well in advance. Close to the Floridsdorf metro station. Spar and Hofer nearby. Small, but convenient place with everything I needed.
