Lovely 2-bedroom apartment next to Praterstern

Positiv: Großzügige Wohnung, gute Lage, netter Kontakt, Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich freundlich eingerichtet

Very satisfactory!

Positiv: Great location close to public transport, supermarkets, eateries and restaurants - all you need, plus easy connections to the city centre and airport are in the vicinity. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the host very responsive and attentive.

Negativ: Your windows do overlook a courtyard with all the trashbins but the apartment is very very quiet thanks to that as it does not overlook the street. I would appreciate the instructions on what to do with my trash - I did not know if I was meant to put it into the collective bins or do something else.

Positiv: Easy access to the building - the outside door is always open. Go up to the 1st floor along the old fancy style stairs, the apartment is right on your right. You get to the long corridor. Right on your right there's a kitchen. There's an entrance to No 1 bedroom with windows facing the well lit corridor. When you open windows in the bedroom and the corridor, you get the fresh air. At the other end of the corridor there's a separate small toilet and right after it a bathroom on your right and the 2nd bedroom at the end of the corridor. Very good sound insulation and no sounds between bedrooms. Using both the toilet and bathroom doesn't bother anyone in both bedrooms. Windows face the inner yard. No sounds or noise from the outside. Wide beds, clean and fresh towels and bed linen, very good housekeeping. Very easy and clear check in instructions.

Negativ: We stayed just 2 nights, so didn't notice anything wrong.

A wonderful place to Relax in Vienn

Positiv: A truly great place, very close to the city center, Spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and well-maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need — highly recommended!

Negativ: Everything was pleasant and well thought out, You can tell that every detail has been carefully considered to ensure the guest’s comfort. It truly felt like a place designed with care and attention. 🫶

Positiv: A light filled, spacious apartment in a quiet street.About a ten minute walk to Praterstern station, and a nice restaurant and supermarket nearby. Comfortable lounge room and a well equipped kitchen.

Negativ: One of the beds really needs replacing, creaky and worn out mattress. The entrance to the building is fairly grotty.

Positiv: Very convenient commuting, very quiet and nice apartment,

Positiv: Super nice and clean, everything you need is there, well connected with train station and metro/tram.

Negativ: Everything perfect

Positiv: Self check-in, spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms (one combined with living room) big kitchen, clean and important very quiet. All utilities in the apartment. (Soap, washing powder, cleaning stuff, etc...) Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping around. 15 min to City Center by Tram or Metro. Prater very close. All fine.

Very good family apartment in Vienna, in a classic building

Positiv: Very good location in terms of transportation (10 min walking from Metro, 1 min from tram, Prater 10 min away by foot). Amenities were more than enough for a family vacation (full kitchen, washing machine, crib for baby if needed, really clean location etc.). Windows looked over the interior courtyard - no noise at all from the street traffic.

Negativ: Bathroom could really use a shower curtain. For me (183 cm tall) sink positions in kitchen and bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use because they are too low or obstructed by objects above them. The rooms have very high ceilings (3 m?) and the large volumes make noises amplify - opening a door will be heard from one end to the other.
