VibeStudio 402 - Central Vienna 1090 - 50m2 - Self Check-In - AC

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig und sehr detaillierte Beschreibung für Check-in. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Negativ: Sind zwar Kleinigkeiten haben aber uns ein bisschen gestört. - Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Klimaanlage waren defekt, Ersatzgeräte waren aber im Zimmer. - Die Fenstervorhänge könnten ein bisschen größer sein, weil die Beleuchtung vor den Fenstern die ganze Nacht an bleibt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr komfortabel und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem das große Badezimmer war sehr schön.

Negativ: Man könnte noch einen Duschvorhang an die Dusche hängen.

Positiv: Central, clean, modern, warm floors ( the best part especially in the winter. Efficient staff

Negativ: Sometimes didn’t have any hot water, lacked some basic things like a toaster, more tea towels, more cutlery. It’s a maze trying to find the apartment on the first day… takes getting used to but then it’s fine. Sofa bed is uncomfortable, needs a thicker mattress. Courtyard light stays on all night so it’s hard to get full darkness in the room when you want to go to sleep.

Great location

Positiv: It’s easy to get from the metro and 2 stations away from city centre. At 300 m you can find Billa, Spar, Mc and restaurants. We had a really pleasant stay and hope to return one day.

Negativ: Nothing come’s my mind..

Overall a good value for the money

Positiv: The location is excelent for quick access to city center. The space had everything you need.

Negativ: The curtains did not close fully so the privacy was not the best since it’s at ground floor. The bed was a bit screechy.

Nice place for a short stay

Positiv: Good location, public transportation is close, nice reszaurants in the neighborhood. Clean. Sufficiently equipped.

Negativ: It is a quest to find the key and the apartment. Shaders are quite small and given the courtyard is illuminated during the night it is not easy to make the room dark. Due to the direct courtyard connection it is a bit noisy. It is advertised as pets friendly, but there is a 'no pets allowed’ sign.

Worth staying, nice and well thought !

Positiv: Place was very fancy, clean and neatly designed. The lock-box was very artfully designed. To find to room, owner made very detailed pdf files, that was nice. Contact with the owners was instant and mostly very helpful. We enjoyed it!

Negativ: The only problem was the free parking, that is not clearly stated that that is only free in weekends. We were travelling with motorcycles and going to a public park late at night was mot cool.

Good location and value for money but no AC is tough in the summer.

Positiv: The location is close to the tram after you get the keys. You can take a shortcut through the back garden (doors opposite your room window), and down the elevator to the frequent and convenient tram D (every 10 minutes or less) that takes you to the center of the city. When you leave by train to another city, you can take tram D right to Vienna's main train station, get off at Hauptbahnhof Ost S (look up your track number on your phone, then you can go up the corresponding escalator that takes you straight to the train tracks). The shower water pressure is very strong and feels nice after a long day. The bed was big (king-size or larger). The price of the apartment was good value, so I would go back in the winter but not in the summer.

Negativ: There was no air conditioning (AC) in this one apartment. Apparently, it is their only apartment without AC. It was quite a struggle since it was very very hot at night in the room without AC. There was a fan but it didn't do much for the heat. I thought the room was particularly stuffy due to the heat and lack of air circulation. The bathroom shower does not have a shower curtain, so the water gets everywhere.

Positiv: It was spacious enough for the four of us. Looked quiet new.

Negativ: The floor wasn't clean enough, we found couple of hairs on it. The couch wasn't very comfortable either and they should provide with more cutlery and more toilet paper, we just had one and a half for the four of us for four days.

Positiv: great location, very close to the underground station and Billa shop which was open even is Sunday. free parking space very close to the apartment.
