Perfektion im Service!

Positiv: Wenn alles glatt läuft, es es leicht eine gute Bewertung zu bekommen. Im Fall des Apartments war der Service aussergewöhnlich. Bei der Ankunft nach 18:00 hatte es 13 Grad in der Wohnung. Das Heizsystem war defekt. Binnen kürzester Zeit war ein Techniker am Abend zur Stelle, behob den Fehler und nach meinem Auswärtstermin war die Wohnung bereits warm. 10 Punkte von mir?

Positiv: Wohnung super ausgestattet, auch die Lage ist gut. Man gelangt mit dem Bus gut in die Innenstadt. Mit den Kindern war die Ferienwohnung ideal.

Gepflegtes Appartment mit guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Positiv: Geräumiges, zweckmäßiges Appartment. Einrichtung in guten Zustand, erstaunlich bequemes Schlafsofa ;-). Auch für länger Aufenthalte gut geeignet.

Negativ: Im Bad ist eine kleine Reparatur des Bodens erforderlich. (Kleine, temporäre Einschränkung). Verkehrsanbindung nicht optimal aber in Ordnung.

Positiv: had everything we need for a short stay in Vienna and good communication with host. Good price.

Negativ: Not much

Positiv: Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very clean and interesting location near a square with cafes and kebabs! Efficient ‘remote’ service for check in and out.

Negativ: Too much plastic! Very cheap furniture, cold walls with ugly art. Not really an apartment to hang out in, but we wanted to spend most time seeing the sights so it didn’t matter too much.

Positiv: I liked the location considering the price it wasnt very far by train and buses from the center. The place was clean and there were all neccessary things needed. The staff was very nice and communication was on time. There was no need to wait for replies. Also after my request for checking in earlier the owner tried to prepare the place sooner and we managed to check in a bit earlier which was very nice considering our arrival time. I also liked the information notebook which showed things like password, heater informstion... as well as imlortant tel numbers like police, firefighters.. and places to visit. That was quite thoughfull

Negativ: Something i didnt like was the bathroom which didnt have a window. After taking a shower it smelled a bit for a while but considering all the other things it was okay. Also a small thing would be pillows. They were a bit flat not very comfortable for taste but maybe that is just me.

Positiv: Very good location, clean and comfortable, easy to find, close to metro station. Highly recommend!

Negativ: The entrance is directly from the street, so it’s noisy.

Super clean and comfortable apartment with excellent position

Positiv: The apartment was very tidy, clean and fully equipped (iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils and even salt, sugar, oil, coffe and tea). The check-in was extremely simple, as well as the check-out and the position was just perfect to reach the city center and also the Schönbrunn castle.

Negativ: The only thing I would change were the pillows, since they were very thin and not so comfortable.

We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Positiv: The apartment was super clean and comfortable, so close to the shops like Lidl super markets and take away food.
