Positiv: Sauber freundliche Besitzer gute Lage immer zum empfehlen

Gute Lage zur Erkundung Wiens

Positiv: Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und entgegen kommend, das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Wien, eine S-Bahn-Station ist in der Nähe, die U-Bahn ca. 700 Meter entfernt. Für 5 Euro am Tag kann man im Innenhof parken - für Wien ein Schnäppchen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Wien per öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erkunden.

Negativ: Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgerüstet sein. Uns fehlte ein Brotmesser und eine Kaffeemaschine. Beachten sollte man, dass die Wohnung kein Wohnzimmer und keinen Fernseher hat, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, schließlich waren wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs.

War sehr gemütlich und entspannend, empfehlenswert!

Positiv: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hat uns bis in die Tiefe Nacht erwartet und danach uns die ganze Information über die Stadt gegeben. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar! Die Lage war recht angenehm, alles notwendige ist schnell zu erreichen gewesen.

Positiv: Netter Gastgeber, hat uns Wien und die U-Bahn erklärt. Kaffee gratis!

Negativ: Puhh... Eventuell der Duftbaum, der in der Wohnung hing, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Nice owner, nice apartment

Positiv: Owner was very nice and apartment had everything one could need. I only stayed one night on a business trip, but I could see myself staying through for longer.

We had a great time

Positiv: It was a lovely airy flat with plenty of space for the two of us. The location was perfect for us and so close to the tram.

Negativ: Some of the furniture was not to my taste but was functional and comfortable.

Positiv: Communication with the owner was excellent. He kindly showed us the accommodation, handed over the keys and gave us some tips. He responded quickly to our questions during our stay. The accommodation was as expected in the photos and description.

Negativ: I have nothing to comment on.

Is it worth it? Would I book again? Yes, no hesitation.

Positiv: We had a pleasant stay as a family of five (2 adults, 3 small children). The 60m² apartment is roomy and has all the necessary appliances. There was nothing significant to complain about since we were out for most of the day anyway. However, the wireless internet is useless as there is little to no signal. I had to use my mobile data and hotspot to connect all our devices to the internet. The owner and his family, who live in the same building, are very nice. The location of the apartment is also good, about 500 meters from the U6 Bahn, which takes you to the city center. Upsides: Good location Private parking available for 5 EUR/day Roomy apartment with all the appliances, dishes, and towels needed Good price for Vienna Very friendly owner Owner will let your kids play in his backyard with plenty of toys there
