Positiv: Für einen Kurzelaub war alles da, was man braucht! Super Lage

Negativ: Parkplatz in der Nähe kostet nicht wie angegeben 5 Euro pro Tag sondern 19.90 Euro

Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top.

Negativ: Es wird momentan das Gebäude renoviert, also Baustelle.

Positiv: Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es war sehr ruhig.

Negativ: Kaffeemaschine ist geronnen. Es fehlten kleine Löffel. Eine Ablage bei der Dusche sowie eine weitere beim Waschbecken wären wünschenswert. Da das Haus gerade renoviert wird, konnte man das Fenster wegen dem Gerüst nicht offen halten.

Positiv: The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. There were toiletries provided in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were quite high. The apartment is located right next to the Prater. The view is toward an inner courtyard, so it was quiet. There are two supermarkets and several places to eat and drink very close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Positiv: Nice cosy and very clean apartment. Great location.

I’ve been 20 times in Vienna. This is the only place I stayed twice and for sure will stay again.

Positiv: Excellent location - 5 min to metro and another 5 to Stephansplatz. The area is nice and quiet. The place and cozy.

Negativ: The kitchen and bathroom are a bit small for longer stays. But maneagable for us since we went out a lot. There was a construction site which I believe will be over soon. But it wasn’t such a problem for us as they were quite civilized.

Positiv: Five min walk to underground stations, 2 min walk to park

Positiv: The location was next to train staion and adventure park.

Negativ: The main entrance is currently under refurbishment and was very dusty.

A very good place to stay. Quiet, clean, pleasant and close to the Prater station so about 15 min from the center

Positiv: The location is great, the appartment is nice and comfortable, with everything you need, and is very clean

Negativ: There is not much sunlight. Not a problemas probably nobody will spend much time in the apt during the day :). I had to work for half a day. Otherwose very quiet as it is not directly on the main street (back courtyard)

Positiv: Very clean. Great location. Very flexible with arrival time and late departure is also a big plus.

Negativ: The kitchen corner is really small, but it is ok for preparing breakfast.
