Spacious Apartments

Positiv: Die Unterkunft hat viel Platz für zwei Personen, nur 4 Stationen mit U1 nach Karlsplatz ( Stadtzentrum) 10 min. entfernt. Hofer und Tiefgarage ( 15€ 24H ) sind 8 Gehminuten .

Negativ: Die Wohnungstür bewegte sich nach dem Abschließen ganz schön hin und her. Lichtschalter Küche ging nicht immer an, Abfluss Bad leicht verstopft.

Positiv: Perfekte Lage als Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden. Die U-Bahn-Station Reumannplatz ist nur 5-10 min. entfernt. Nette kleine Wohnung, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es könnte sogar eine fünfte Person auf dem Sofa übernachten. Das Bad ist sauber und ebenfalls ausreichend. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. In der Küche ist auch alles was man bräuchte vorhanden. Sollte man in der Wohnung frühstücken wollen, müsste man das in der Küche im Stehen machen, weil kein Tisch und Stühle vorhanden sind. Ginge aber auch auf der Couch sitzend mit den 2 kleinen Beistelltischen.

Negativ: Die Matratze ist etwas dünn und hart. Hat uns zwar nicht beeinträchtigt, könnte man aber verbessern.

Hervorragend gelegene und bestens ausgestattete große Wohnung für den perfekten Familien-Städtetrip

Positiv: Das Apartment liegt ruhig und zugleich äußerst verkehrsgünstig im 10. Bezirk (Favoriten), ca. 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Reumannplatz (U1) entfernt. Mit dieser Linie kommt man schnell an alle wichtigen Orte in Wien, u.a. Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Donauinsel usw. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr freundlich ausgestattet; insbesondere das Bad mit Dusche ist angenehm groß und sauber. Man kommt als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) hervorragend unter.

Negativ: Das einzige Manko: die Vorhänge im großen Zimmer mit zwei frz. Betten sind viel zu dünn, weshalb es sehr früh sehr hell wird, was für erholsamen Schlaf nicht perfekt ist.

Positiv: Bin total zufrieden, nur zum weiter empfehlen.. Lg

Vienna Reumannplatz Apartment

Positiv: I liked the location of the apartment which I found as an excellent place to stay as it was close to the underground into the city centre and the tram to the airport. The apartment was spacious and very good value for money. I would recommend it to a single person, a couple or a small family.

Positiv: The appartment is near shops and the tram, it's spacious as descriped and could accommodate up to 5 people. Comfortable beds. Amenities are available. Loved the style of the building, the stairs and the hallways are nice spits for pictures.

Negativ: The toilet was leaking which made a mess in the bathroom plus the smell. On of the heat radiators in the bedroom was not functioning. There are stains on the couch, although it's not a big deal for me but with professional cleaning products it could be back as good as new just to be visually pleasing. Adding more chairs would be great.

Decent stay without hassles

Positiv: Everything went well. The apartment looks old from outside, but beautifully furnished inside. Bathrooms were hygiene and overall cleanliness is well maintained. The apartment we got is located in the ground floor and is easy to reach. Physical keys were handed over through a locker nearby the property and the code was shared through email with the photos for easy navigation.

Negativ: The Sofa in the terrace was not great and clean. No light switch was found at the walkway of the building, so used mobile flash light during night. It would be great if the Check-in time is 15:00 instead of 16:00.

Decent value for money!

Positiv: Good location, easy to find instructions, comfortable bedding, daylight, cozy backyard, ground floor unit

Negativ: No air conditioning, small shower space, refrigerator did not work properly + very small in size, no locks on toilet doors, no outdoor view.

Positiv: Spacious, clean & cozy apartment, nice teracce, good location, close to U Bahn and Tram but also has parking, stores and all we needed, host very helpful, we had a great time, will be back, ty

Great apartment for a family.

Positiv: Great location and great price. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Negativ: I could not find the toilet paper. 🫣
