Sehr schön

Positiv: Schiebetüre zwischen den Zimmern und 2 Badezimmer war so perfekt, wenn mann mit Kindern Urlaub macht.

Negativ: 2. Zimmer auch ein Bett statt Schlafcouch

Sehr praktische Unterkunft

Positiv: Sehr geräumiges schön ausgestattetes Apartment mit 2 ! tollen Bädern und gut bestückter Küche. Mikrowelle, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Spülmaschine, gute Betten, guter Fernseher - alles da. Sehr funktional - wenn man Wien bereits kennt und ein günstigeres Apartment sucht und die typisch Wiener Atmosphäre nicht so wichtig ist ist man hier richtig. Wir waren zufrieden.

Negativ: OK, das Gebäude und die Strasse selbst sind eher nüchtern (Nachkriegsbauten 60er), aber es gibt dafür sehr gute und kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus, was in Wien innerstädtisch nicht der Fall ist.

Comfort place near the city center

Positiv: The apartment is located in an extremely communicative place - 20-25 minutes walk from Vienna's main station. The two rooms are absolutely identical, the two bathrooms with toilet are clean and spacious. The building was quiet and peaceful. There is a Lidl 5 minutes from the building. Most sights or Christmas markets are about 25-30 minutes away by transport. The biggest advantage is the excellent communication with the owner - we thank Pavel from the bottom of our hearts for all the additional clarifications related to the accommodation!

Negativ: In the same building there are OTHER apartments of incorrect owners, about which there is worrying information on Google Maps.

Positiv: Very nice accommodation suitable for family of 4. X 2 separate bathroom/shower option. Very close to bus station. 5 minutes to tram. Close to 3-4 big grossery stores.

Lovely stay!

Positiv: we found everything we needed for our stay! it was very easy to access the apartment. great space for a family of 3

Good value for the money

Positiv: Supermarkets, restaurants, tram station were close to the appartment. Vienna has a very good infrastructure so it was easy to travel with the public transportation. Public parking available in the area but you had to pay for it during the week. We’ve prefered to leave the car in a private parking. 2 bathrooms was a big plus.

Negativ: In one of the rooms the heating was not working. We have announced the host, remaining to bring someone on Monday. We’ve left the flat Monday morning so we do not know if it got solved.

Great place to explore Vienna from

Positiv: The location is buzzing and very active. Quick access to all parts of the city through Tram and Metro. Big grocery stores next door made it easy to cook your favourite meal. It has two bathrooms and that really helped for a family of four. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions instantly.

Negativ: The cooktop was a little worn out and hence very slow for cooking. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Positiv: Excellent apartment, two fully equipped bathrooms, good beds and nice kitchen with several amenities.

Nice and comfortable stay

Positiv: Room was big and clean. Had all kitchenware needed for the stay. There were 4 bed, 2 bathroom with toilet. Two table fan. Bed was comfortable. On quite street.No noise in the night. Near to all sight seeing. Tip: On weekend street parking is free. There is facility in the hotel to carpark with rate 25 euro per day. Would suggest to park in nearby garage.

Negativ: Only things is that we some face some electrical issue due to which few appliances like refrigerator were not working. We report it in morning and when in night we came it was still not working. Send msv and got replied that he had send electrician but would take some time. Would appreciated if he has updated the same to us on time. We came back in night found all food items kept for kids were already gone bad. Otherwise everything is good and got msg reply immediately. I would consider this as a once in a while situation :-)

Positiv: Really Nice rooms, comfortably equiped, even 2 bathrooms that we did not expect. Kitchen equiped with all your need for few days stay. Perfectly clean, wifi was ok. In walking distance to tram, about 10 -15 minutes walk to u-bahn. Thank you
