Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr helle und saubere Wohnung.

Negativ: Der Zugang über die Glocke hat nicht funktioniert. Man musst an irgendeiner anderen Wohnung läuten und hoffen, dass geöffnet wird. Der Umstand habe ich gemeldet. Das Problem während meines Aufenthalts noch nicht behoben (ich war allerdings nur eine Nacht dort).

Positiv: Sehr schöne Lage an der Alten Donau, wo man baden, Boote ausleihen und den Sommer genießen kann. In die Innenstadt kommt man schnell mit der U-Bahn, welche auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist. Es war sauber, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten für uns, wie z.B ein Mülleimer im Bad oder ein Duschvorhang. Fliegengitter wären auch nicht schlecht, da sich beim Lüften bei den sehr sommerlichen Temperaturen die eine oder andere Mücke verirrt hat. Und es ist ziemlich laut, direkt an der Straße. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es zwar relativ leise, allerdings nachts dann viel zu warm. Trotzdem für uns eine tolle Wohnung mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin in sehr guter Lage.

Positiv: Nette Gastgeber. Einfach Check in und Check out. Alle Ausstattung sind neu 👍

Positiv: I gave 10 points for the location. For our convenience, we always rent apartments in the Donaustadt area (22nd district), but there aren’t many options at a reasonable price close to the underground. This apartment is located just 4 minutes from the Alt Donau station (U1), close to Billa and McDonald's, and not far from Donau Zentrum (a large shopping mall), as well as the beautiful Alt Donau lagoon promenade and boat rental centers. The apartment is nice and comfortable to live in. It would be nice to do some cosmetic repairs. There are a few minor broken details, but for us, this was not a major issue. We appreciated the easy check-in process, and the staff responded quickly to our calls.

Negativ: The parking in IZD Tower is very expensive (about 46 euro per day, 3.90 per hour).

Positiv: The location. The property says there is no parking, but behind the building, there were loads of free parking.

Negativ: No AC.

Positiv: Big and clean apartment, easy access with code, at metro stop. Furnished with everything you need.

Negativ: No air conditioning, it was very hot. Noisy from the street. Owners recommend flash parking, but parking is very expensive!

Clean, very well connected & value for money

Positiv: The Location was perfect, very accessible to the metro and a 15 minute ride to the city centre. The property was extremely clean and exactly like shown in the photos. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were provided. A very good experience overall

Negativ: The door knob was loose so we had trouble opening the door for the first time

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable even for a stay of 4 people.

Positiv: Apartment: comfortable and very clean! Rooms are well disposed. Position: close to Alte Donau stop of Vienna U-Bahn. There is a Supermarket across the street where you can buy groceries for breakfast. The apartment is fully equipped if you like to cook your own dinner, too. Instructions were extremely clear: you get the entrance code the day before arrival.

Negativ: If you are sensible to traffic noise, the apartment assigned to us was directly over a 4 lane road, close to a semaphore. Although the great quality of the windows (they also have shadows), during the night you might be disturbed sometimes by cars accelerating or by the street cleaning service truck or by buses in the early morning... The queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable but noisy.

Positiv: Confortable, clean apartment, near the metro station U1, five miniutes from the city center!

Negativ: Everything was ok!

Like at home

Positiv: Everything was amazing! The house had everything we need. Subway very close from us, shops, Mall, bus station to the airport. We had a great time and We enjoyed our visit to Vienna. We definitely recommend this cottage where you feel at home.
