Positiv: TOP Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für alle die einen billigen Platz zum Schlafen brauchen.

Positiv: Es war super einfach einzuchecken. Es gibt dort alles. Von Küche bis Waschmaschine, fast so wie zuhause. Das Personl, welches die Zimmer macht, war sehr sympathisch.

Positiv: Küche vorhanden, das habe ich nicht erwartet. Sonst alles genau wie erhofft.

Negativ: Unterkunft etwas außerhalb, aber das wusste ich vorher. Trotzdem ganz gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen, auch nachts. Ca. 30 min von der Innenstadt.

Positiv: Safe, privat, usefull, and very good for long staying

I liked the place, I recommend it for solo traveleres and couples!

Positiv: The bed and the room were very comfortable. The fridge was useful. The location is good so it was easy commute every day. The apartment was in a good and silent area. There were only three rooms and at that time, everyone was very considerate, no one was noisy. I stayed 5 nights.

Negativ: The walls are thin.

Positiv: The place was clean and pleasant. I liked terrace very much. it was very easy to go from apartment to city center with trams. Host helped me to check in easily with instruction and was always ready to answer my messages. I really enjoyed staying here <3

Positiv: It is easily accesable place, not too far from the center, is in the quite district. The appartment has a nice veranda and high ceiling. All faciliyies are there.

Negativ: The tiles on the floor are a bit old and wear off.

Recommend

Positiv: The location is great, there are various urban transport lines around the apartment. It is equiped with everything essential.

Negativ: The guy in the other room was realyyyy loud, always slamming the doors, no matter what time of the day it was. But this is not related to the apartment in any way!

Positiv: It was affordable with good amenities. Easy check-in. Rene was very helpful and prompt to answer all queries.

Buena estancia

Positiv: Zona bien comunicada y piso en general en buenas condiciones.

Negativ: Tiene algunos fallos como que la puerta de la habitacion a la terraza no abría bien o que la lavadora soltaba agua.
