Negativ: Teilweise ist die Einrichtung etwas älter

Großzügige Altbauwohnung in superzentraler Lage

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz für eine große Gruppe. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, zwei schöne moderne Badezimmer erwiesen sich bei sieben Personen als sehr nützlich. Die Lage ist wirklich toll - mitten in einem sehr schönen Viertel, wo man alles vor der Haustüre hat.

Negativ: Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, es waren nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht ganz optimal waren. Die Küchenausstattung und die Töpfe waren etwas zu knapp für eine große Gruppe. Ein paar Dinge müssten repariert werden, aber insgesamt eine tolle Location!

Great stay, highly recommend!

Positiv: We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Soho II Apartment. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, making it comfortable for our family. The location is excellent within walking distance to the Innere Stadt where most of the main attractions are, and also close to public transport, supermarkets, and cafes. We are especially grateful to the host for accepting our last-minute booking, as our previous accommodation was not safe for us. Communication was smooth and check-in was easy despite the short notice. Overall, a safe, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Vienna. We would definitely stay here again.

Negativ: This is not a dislike, but just a note: One of the bathroom doors is half glass. Even though it is frosted, it still allows some visibility during showering, which may feel less private, especially for families.

Perfect accommodation for a family

Positiv: Very nice flat, the room are big and the location is perfect.

Positiv: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is modern, perfectly clean, and located in a very nice area. The city center is not far at all — even with our little child, we could easily walk there in 5–10 minutes. It was truly a great trip, with an amazing apartment and a fantastic host who was always available whenever we needed something. Thank you very much — we will definitely come back!

Positiv: Excellent location. Walking distance to City Centre, Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer. Very comfortable for families or groups, large bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. Well-equipped kitchen.

Positiv: It has enough space for 6 people with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 toilettes. Also it has coffee machine and a nice kitchen. It is an old building but have a elavator that enables to carry luggaes easier. We've loved that house. For the families with child there are extra 2 more beds.

Positiv: Our stay at Soho apartments was exelent. The apartment is very spacious. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The apartment is VERY clean. It is a great pleasure to live in an authentic Viennese apartment and feel the rhythm of local life. The location is also very convenient. Walking distance to the center - 10 - 15 min.

Positiv: excellent location, very close to the center. sevoral super markets and many restorants just outside. the apartment is large and butifull. the owner is very nice and hellpful with any isue.

High quality living and Viennese charm in a perfect location with a walking distance from everywhere

Positiv: Location is excellent. We came by S-bahn and U-bahn from the airport which was cheap and did not take very long. The apartment is a walking distance from almost everywhere but also U-bahn is near. The apartment is elegant and works well for a family of 7 (incl grandparents and a one-year-old baby). Kitchen and dining area are well equipped and comfortable. Sofa area with tv is cozy and was much used by us. Bathrooms and a toilet are modern and clean. Bedrooms are big and clean. The owner is always available to give advice. The building, staircase and lift are a touch of Vienna's old day charm. The apartment has high ceilings and windows. The neighborhood is quiet but has many bars, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
