Schöne Wohnung mit gutem Anschluß an die Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens.
Positiv: Ausgesprochen gute Lage in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation; mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ein gutes Zuhause für eine Arbeitswoche in Wien.
Positiv: Die Lage des Apartment war einfach ideal, vor allem, wenn man wie wir an einer Konferenz in Wien teilnimmt. In dem Apartment ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man für eine Woche selbstverpflegung so braucht. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat, wie bei uns ein Brotmesser, so wurde es super schnell gebracht.
Negativ: Das Apartment hat sehr wenig Tageslicht, weil es in einen dunklen Innenhof gelegen ist, dafür ist es sehr ruhig und mit sehr vielen Lichtern ausgestattet.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden. Kontakt zu den Vermietern immer schnell und unkompliziert per Mail.
Positiv: Gute Lage. Gleich um die Ecke u-Bahn und s-Bahn Station. Außerdem ein Spar und der Prater ist ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Wohnung selbst war groß, modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Negativ: Der Hausflur ist im Gegensatz zur Wohnung etwas abschreckend, dort wird denke ich saniert da das Haus ziemlich alt ist. Aber keine Sorge die Wohnung selbst ist das komplette Gegenteil.

Positiv: Location is good, walking distance to metro. A few supermarkets and takeaway around the corner. The apartment is spacious. Kitchen has most of the stuff you need to cook.
Negativ: The sofa bed mattress has lots of stains, it needs a proper clean. Will be better to have a microwave.

Nice place, great host!
Positiv: The space inside was really nice and clean. Amazing host - super nice and responsive!
Negativ: The view - inside court with garbage bins. There was also a lot of noise from the floor above

Great apartment in good location
Positiv: The flat is in a very good position, had a lot of space and was extremely clean. Those managing the property, were brilliant. We also appreciated the fact that there were dishwasher tablets available. The WiFi was good and easy to connect to.
Negativ: The sofa bed could do with a mattress protector and it would have been great to have had a 'tide you over' selection of coffee, tea etc. It would have been good to know that there were poor views (internal courtyard It came as a bit of a surprise. Please put a mirror in the toilet, by the sink.

Ideal for a couple or family of 4 with a fantastic location for public transport to discover Vienna.
Positiv: Size and location were great. Family of 4 (two teenage girls) and the apartment was perfect. Underground station and tram stop super close. Some lovely cafes and restaurants close by too. If you are looking to spend more time in the property, there is ample supply of cooking facilities and seating. Very safe neighbourhood to wander at night.
Negativ: For what we wanted, there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Due to the apartment being on ground level, but at the back of the building, it doesn’t get as much natural light but it does mean it is very quiet.

Nice apartment in a great location
Positiv: The apartment is very large, and it has comfortable beds and pillows. It has everything you might need during your stay and the location is great, it's a 20 minutes walk from the center. We would choose this apartment again, honestly.
Negativ: This isn't at all the properties fault, and it's not something major but the building is under renovation and workers were outside the windows early in the morning, before 8 and we could hear them.

Great Family Stay in Great Location
Positiv: Nice, clean and good located apartment with responsive owners.
Negativ: Small issues with the freezer and remote controls that the owners said they are going to fix.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment within a short walk to the city center
Positiv: The location is super: it was not far from the city center, yet quiet and allowed us some walking time. There is a beautiful park nearby, where it was such a pleasure to run in the morning! The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped, impeccably clean. 2 toilets was a great advantage. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate, the checkin and checkout process were also very easy. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend!
Negativ: There were some tiny issues in the apartment, like crack in the toilet, little hole in the wall, the noise when closing the doors, etc. , but it is complaining at a higher level. Altogether it didn’t spoil anything, all was great
