Positiv: Sehr geräumiges, freundliches Apartment, zentral gelegen aber ruhig. Sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation. Man ist schnell an allen zentralen Punkten der Stadt über ÖPNV , hat aber auch eine Tiefgarage quasi vor der Tür...

Positiv: Lage sehr zentral gelegen, absolut sauber. Check in per Code sehr einfach.

Schöne, typische Wiener Altbauwohnung

Positiv: Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung in wunderbarer Lage. Die Kommunikation vorab war verwirrend, weil nicht über Booking abgerechnet wird, sondern über eine externe Seite. Ich habe allerdings bei Booking verifiziert, ob das in Ordnung ist, dann ließ sich alles klären. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, der Ablauf auch komfortabel, die Wohnung ruhig. (Entgegen bisheriger Kommentare: Man kann auch die Tür versperren.)

Negativ: Das Warmwasser ist nicht hinreichend warm.

Great value for money

Positiv: Perfect perfect apartment. It’s even bigger than I expected

Positiv: The location is perfect. We could reach the city center 15 minutes by walk. Additionally, metro station was very near the house like 1 min to reach the station. The house was bigger than i expected. It was easy to enter the house. The house was very clear and hygienic. The employees were very helpful. They informed me very detailed about reaching house.

Negativ: There is one thing that puting some items ,which can save the first day of holiday, would be great such as a bottle of water, a few filter coffee etc.

2 nights - couple review

Positiv: The location for it is close to the main attractions and you can just walk to any you wish. The subway is also nearby, you can go further and see more of Vienna. The apartment comes with everything you would need for a stay. I would recommend it if you are staying for a few days and want to visit a lot of the city center, you will save time from the commute.

Negativ: This is only my personal opinion: - be aware that the rooms are high and in winter it can be cold (the room to the bedroom was closed when we arrived and it was cold on the first night even tho the rest of the apartment was warm, I do not know why the warming was not working in the bedroom). - there is no TV in the bedroom (would really recommend to have one in the bedroom rather than in the living area since we were a couple and the bedroom would have been enough for us, but I understand why this would be great for more people - I will also add that there is no cable, you have to use your netflix account or any account to watch something). - no bathroom toiletries /washing machine detergents (which would have been nice to have just because you have the drying rack and washing machine) If you do not mind these things, then otherwise it would be great for rent due to it's amazing location and great space!

Positiv: Nice and simple place for a short visit. The location is very central, so it’s easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s great if you want to explore the city without needing a car. The apartment itself was basic but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the small kitchen was useful for making coffee and simple meals. The bathroom was clean, though a little old-fashioned, but everything worked fine. The check-in process was smooth and simple. The host sent me the door code in advance, so I could let myself in without any problems. It’s great if you’re arriving late or don’t want to wait for someone to meet you. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. For the price and location, it’s a good choice for anyone looking for a simple and central place to stay in Vienna.

Positiv: Perfect location, big spacious and good equipped apartment. Easy instructions for entering and check-in. Quiet for sleeping. We were mainly outside and can’t say anything aboute the kitchen utensils if it’s enough, but we would highly appreciated if there was a coffee machine and capsules. Overall, very nice apartment and if I will come again in Wien will use the same app.
