Spacious Apartment near the center

Positiv: Very satisfied! The owner was extremely helpful when we lost our keys, responding immediately and kindly helping us solve the problem. The accommodation was clean. Highly recommended!

Positiv: It was really spacious. I stayed there with my father and he finds it comfortable and warm. The owner also allowed us to check in very early.

Negativ: No elevator with luggages but that’s an apartment so it’s okay. There were also some issues at the toilet but that doesn’t bother us.

Good value for money apartment in a residential area of Vienna

Positiv: It is a spacious apartment in the third floor of an old block of flats. The thing that we lined the most was the fact that it was a bright room and the property is on a quiet residential street, not far from shops and a metro station.

Negativ: There was nothing that we disliked in fact, but I guess it could have been a little cleaner. We noticed quite a lot of dust under the beds and the coffee table. There is also a constant noise from the boiler in the bathroom, but we closed the door at night in order to sleep.

Good choice, I recommend!

Positiv: Apartment was clean, new and nice, inside we could feel like we are at home, had inside everything, what we needed - comfortable beds, toaster, coffee/tea, shower gel/shampoo, towels, good quality kitchen - we could make food for ourselves etc. Friendly communication with owner. It was good choice to stay in this apartment!

Negativ: In shower water pressure could be little bit stronger, needed some time to rinse thoroughly shampoo from long hair, but for few days staying it was quite enough! And I needed some time to understand how to lock and unlock door, would be happy if I got some instruction about doors before. But maybe in UK all doors have the same lock/open system, what I had never seen before and it was problem just for me. :D

For the asking price I recommend this apartment.

Positiv: Self check-in/out, never met the owner. Apartment price/quality: very good! Close to the U-bahn. Several nearby convenience shops. Good cold/warm water system. Kitchen equipment its okay! Confortable room with large bed and 2 couches.

Negativ: No elevator.

Positiv: Las amenidades, la ubicación y el dueño del departamento fue muy amable.

Negativ: El edificio en el que está ubicado está muy viejo y hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar al alojamiento.

Positiv: Palazzo spartano ma l'appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Caldo e spazioso, vicino alla stazione centrale.

Negativ: L'orario per il check in un po tardi.
