Sehr zentrale aber ruhige Lage

Positiv: Tolle Lage, wir hatten alles vor der Tür. Einkaufen, die U-Bahn, eine Zug Verbindung, Stadtzentrum ca 20 min zu Fuß oder 3 min U-Bahnfahrt entfernt

Negativ: Die Küchen Ausstattung könnte besser sein, aber da wir in der Wohnung fast nur übernachtet haben, kamen wir zu recht mit dem was da war. Ein paar Möbelstücke können auf jeden Fall ne Reparatur gebrauchen. Und Schimmel im Bad soll dringendst beseitigt werden. Sonst eigentlich nur zu empfehlen

Männerausflug - alle zufrieden

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in Innenstadtnähe und nur 2 min Fußweg entfernt von einer U-Bahnstation. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsolide und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Fenster sind dicht, man hat verhältnismäßig ruhige Nächte. Toilette und Dusche befinden sich in getrennten Räumen, sodass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Für einen Städtetrip mit sechs Personen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Negativ: Die Abluft in der Dusche ist etwas unterdimensioniert, es roch etwas modrig da das Bad über kein Fenster verfügt.

Positiv: Die Einrichtung war einfach aber sauber. Gute Betten. Ein Licht am Bett wäre schön. 😉 Ein- und auschecken war gut organisiert.

Negativ: Leider gab es nur 1 Wohnungsschlüssel. Bei 3 Erwachsenen Personen, die nicht immer zusammen ausgehen etwas schwierig. Teller + Besteck war leider nur wenig da. Eine Kaffeekanne + Kaffeefilterständer wäre toll. Leider keine Möglichkeit um gewaschene Wäsche aufzuhängen.

Positiv: We rented this apartment on January 4th for a short stay, and it truly felt like home. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people. The host was very kind, allowing us to check in earlier and extend our checkout time. The location is just a 6-minute walk from the main metro station and 10 minutes from Stephansplatz, which is the center of many attractions. I highly recommend this apartment for long stays and families. The living room is so cozy, they have board games and projector so you can easily watch movies if you plan a night in. One thing to note is that there is a flight of stairs to access the room.

Negativ: If the host can add clear instructions for turning on the heater.

Positiv: Very spacious apartment. Centrally located, close to U-bahn and with a supermarket just 25 meters away. Several restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

Negativ: Weather was very warm during our stay, and we could have used some ventilation and/or air conditioning.

Positiv: Really pleasant stay in a good location. Excellent communication and great facilities. Supermarket on the doorstep and easy access to the city centre.

Positiv: El anfitrión fue genial. Muy buena ubicación,cerca del metro. Había un supermercado justo al lado por si necesitabas algo. Las camas muy cómodas y la calefacción y el agua caliente genial.Hemos quedado bastante satisfechos.

Fantástico, pero…

Positiv: El apartamento está muy bien situado. Lo encontramos súper limpio y con la calefacción encendida, cosa que agradecimos. En todo momento estuvieron en contacto con nosotros y la información fue muy clara y fácil. Además, había muchas toallas, papel de váter y de cocina, pastillas para la lavadora y el lavavajillas, jabón en la cocina con estropajo y jabón de cuerpo y pelo en la ducha.ñ, secador con difusor, muchas perchas en los armarios, fregona y escoba para limpiar, un ventilador y una plancha con su tabla. Todo fantástico, pero tuvimos problemas para poner el Netflix en el proyector (tuvimos que mirar un tutorial en Youtube para saber cómo funcionaba) y el sofá y los cojines de las camas eran muy incómodos, aunque los colchones y los edredones eran geniales.
