Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein großes, schönes und ruhiges Appartement. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Reinhard war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und man konnte ihn jederzeit bei Fragen erreichen

Es war das perfekte Erholungswochenende!

Positiv: Die Lage war sehr zentral, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. der Küche. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt für eine 5 köpfige Familie.

Saubere funktionale Wohnung in Gürtelnähe.

Positiv: Sehr saubere gepflegte Wohnung. Einrichtung funktional völlig in Ordnung, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einigermaßen erreichbar.

Negativ: Einrichtung und sanitäre Anlagen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Moderner Fernseher vorhanden, aber Receiver nicht vorhanden.

Positiv: The apartment more than met expectations. It offers a very homely atmosphere, good thermal comfort and a high standard of cleanliness. Reinhard was an excellent host, always available to provide all the necessary information. I would highly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

Great owner and a nice apartment close to the city center. A couple minor issues, but not critical

Positiv: First of all, the owner/host was amazing and helped us with all the questions. We asked for a small Christmas tree for the kids (as it was New Year eve), and the owner got it for us (thank you again!) The apartment is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood. Probably 30-40 min from the city center if you take a tram (#43 was the one we used most). The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. - Easy check in process (a locker with the key) - Two bedrooms and a couch in a living room - Small kitchen with a kettle, a geyser coffee maker, fridge, oven, etc. - The apartment has two 1/2 bathrooms - one with just a toilet, the other one with a bath tub. Pretty convenient when you travel with a family.

Negativ: There were a couple minor hiccups when we arrived: 1) The apartment was not ready by 3 pm (official check in time) - the cleaning lady needed 30 minutes more. Also, cleaning in general - the oven/oven tray may require some deep cleaning as they had not been washed for a while. 2) A window in one of the bedrooms was broken and didn't close, so it was pretty cold. This could have been a problem, but Reinhard (the owner) came to take a look super quickly and fixed it in less than an hour. Another thing to know in advance - as someone mentioned as well, you will be asked to provide some personal information for registration purposes: full name/DOB for all guests and passport data/address for the \

Positiv: The apartament was very clean and organized and the host was super helpful and quick with responding any of my question. 👍🏼

Positiv: The location was not so perfect but still good , the host was very friendly and helped us for everything . I totally recommend it.

Negativ: Generally everything was good.

Positiv: We were very pleased with the time we spent in the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The only thing we missed as a large family who didn't dine out was more dishes for cooking.

A germs in Vienna. Perfect place to stay.

Positiv: The location is very good. Near public transport, big supermarkets,Interspar within few minutes walk. Tram 42 or 43 to city. A lot of restaurant nearby as well. Owner very helpful and provide washing detergent, shampoo, shower gel, coffee and tea as well.
