Good choice

Positiv: Amazing positioning, really close to the public transport stations, there are a few restaurants nearby and around 20-30 min walk to Schonbrunn Palace. The apartment is quite spacious, and you have there everything you need for a few days stay. We have appreciated the fact that we could adjust the temperature inside, as for our stay, there were some colder days and it was a must to turn the heater on.

Negativ: I did not liked the fact that in the back of the bedroom , there is a space where they hang to dry the sheets/towels used by previous visitors. This made the humidity in the bedroom quite high. Please note that you will receive only one big towel per person, and one small towel at the bathroom.

Positiv: the apartment was spacious and clean, close to the train/tram/bus stations

Very big space for the money. Would recommend.

Positiv: Location of the apartment for the local transport was excellent. On the second floor. Large and spacious property. Separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen, one bedroom separate and living space had a double bed and very large sofa bed. All clean. Washing machine and dryer.

Negativ: It was very high temperatures while on our stay. No air con. Two standing fans. One in the bedroom and one in the living area. The flooring from the kitchen to living area had a squeaky sound while going from room to room to room. A little annoying

Positiv: Nice location, spacious apartment. The building is old, but quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the public transportation.

Negativ: The smell of wet towels left to dry on a hanger in an open room next to the bedroom. ( also smell of cigarettes). No matches or lighter for a classic cooker/oven.

Positiv: Great location. Definitely a good economy place to stay. Perfect for families and big groups. Beds and coach are comfortable.

Negativ: The cleanliness could be better. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet were clean, but the floor and under the beds there were pieces of dirt and dust. Not a big deal for adults, but not good for 4-6 years old kids that are playing on the floor all the time.

Positiv: Fantastic location. There is bus (20 meters), tram (150 m) and subway (120m) station. Large comfortable flat for 6 persons. Calm area.

Negativ: It was a bit difficult to unlock the box with keys. When it is dark outside numbers are difficult to read them in the lighter light (numbers are shining). There was no glass for wine. sink is blocked. Water is going away very very slowly.
