Lovely new 2 bedroom near hannovamarkt

Positiv: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung, große Zimmer, gute Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung mit ÖPNV, Kaffee und Tee für die ersten Tage, tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nachbarschaft (Bäcker, Markt, ...). Sehr ruhig im Haus, Betten waren auch gut

Negativ: Es kann morgens sehr laut werden, wenn der Mark um kurz vor 6 die Lieferungen bekommt und da die Fenster noch original getreu Altbau sind. Etwas staubig in manchen Ecken. Ansonsten alles okay.

Typische Altbauwohnung in neuem Glanz

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber und ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Sie liegt nah zu Straßenbahn und U-Bahn und man ist schnell überall. Die Betten waren gut. Das Haus leise. Es gibt den Hannovermarkt direkt gegenüber zum Einkaufen und viel Gastronomie in der Nähe.

Negativ: Die Wohnung im richtigen Haus zu finden, war etwas schwierig, da die Foto-Anleitung nicht gestimmt hat. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn in der Beschreibung die Nespresso Maschine erwähnt würde. Dann hätten wir Kapseln mitgebracht. Mancher Gast mag abgeschreckt sein durch den Hinterhof, der wirklich schmutzig und vermüllt ist. Das hat jedoch NICHTS mit der Wohnung zu tun! Die ist wirklich in Ordnung.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Positiv: Das große Appartement. (Schlafzimmer) Und die Betten. Anbindung an den Nahverkehr war gut.

Negativ: Reparatur der Klimaanlage. Lautstärke des Hannovermarkt.

Positiv: Everything was very clean, apartmán was quite big. Location looks like lilte bit wild but it Is ONLY for first sight. Very nice Is market before block of flats. But in saturday it begin preparing work And napíše very early.

Negativ: The only thing I didn't like, when comparing the price-quality ratio, was that the main entrance door to the entire house had no locking, and the locks were relatively loose.The hallway in the house was really unsealed and not clean and it felt very dark and dangerous, but it was just an impression.

Positiv: Incredibly spacious with multiple AC units so the stay was really comfortable. Incredible value for the money.

Negativ: Floors were a bit dirty so we had to wear slippers

Positiv: Clear and clean appartment with all necessary equipment at kitchen.

Holiday time

Positiv: Spacious, soft towels, air conditioning was great.

Negativ: Another mirror, more curtains, a few tea towels would be helpful. Bigger sheets to cover the whole mattress

Positiv: Les lits étaient confortables et l'appartement en lui même était très bien et propre. - il y avait du café et du thé à disposition! Merci.

Negativ: Quelques points négatifs néanmoins: -l'emplacement de l'appartement dans un immeuble plutôt sale et bruyant. - Le fait d'être face au marché engendre forcément des nuisances sonores. - Le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine.

Lo staff molto gentilissimi, presto per qualsiasi cosa che avevamo bisogno

Positiv: Il letto erano molto comode, tutto pulito, la mia famiglia e io abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ho utilizzato la cucina c’era tutto che c’era bisogno

Negativ: Il condizionatore non raffredda niente, è state, agosto quindi fa caldo, il letto era comodo ma con il caldo io no ho potuto godere bene di la comodità dil letto

Positiv: La posizione era ottima.. a piedi si può raggiungere il centro con una bella passeggiata lungo il Danubio... la metro e il tram vicino... supermercati e ristoranti vicini..

Negativ: Il palazzo è poco curato.. un po di troppa luce su una camera..
