Super Apartment! Gerne wieder!
Positiv: Sehr schöne, modern renovierte Altbauwohnung im 2. OG. Sehr viel Stauraum im Kleiderschrank im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung gerade auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Überaus freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Vermieterin.
Negativ: Was andere Gäste gestört hat, spielte für uns keine Rolle.

Neue, moderne Wohnung in historischem Wohnhaus, sehr gute und vollständige Ausstattung
Positiv: Komplett neugestaltete Wohnung in modernem Design, in einem alterwürdigen Wohnhaus mit viele netten historischen Details im Treppenhaus (z.B. Drachenköpfe am Geländer). Alles makelos sauber, neue Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kapsel-Kaffemaschine mit Kapseln, alles was man küchenmäßig braucht, tolles großes Bad, Toilette separat. Lage günstig zum Knotenpunkt Rennweg, viele Supermärkte fußläufig, Schloss Belvedere um die Ecke. Würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.
Negativ: Unsere Wohnung war im 2. Stock, es gibt keinen Lift in dem Wohnhaus. Für uns unwichtig, aber ggfs. für andere nicht. Das einzige \

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Wien, unter anderem dank des hervorragenden Apartments.
Positiv: Schöner Ort. In der Nähe des Zentrums und des Hauptbahnhofs, in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation. Eine Wohnung in einem historischen, stimmungsvollen Mietshaus. Gut ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle). Sehr sauber. Nette und hilfsbereite Angelika, die die Einrichtung verwaltet. Köstlicher Porosecco, um Sie willkommen zu heißen. Ich empfehle!

Exceptional! Beyond my expectations!
Positiv: Very large apartment, furnished with style and elegance, very close to the city centre in a beautiful and safe area. Angelika is a very friendly and helpful host! I absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Top apartment with very good value for money
Positiv: Very spacious apartment and in a very nice condition. Looked completely renovated and with all facilities needed. Complimentary nespresso-coffee and bottle of wine in the cooler, which was nice :-) Very good value for money!

We managed to see a lot of the sights of Vienna with ease and enjoyed living almost like a local.
Positiv: It was clean, well equipped, comfortable, well connected and close to the centre of Vienna.
Negativ: The only programmes on TV that we could watch were in German and it proves impossible to change the language. The Netflix app was an old version that no longer worked. But there were good bars and restaurants aplenty nearby so we went out.

I would stay in this apartment again
Positiv: The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a short or longer stay - washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, all kinds of cooking utensils. Everything is new and in excellent condition. We were in apartment 13, which is on the second floor. The building is in very good condition, it is clean and quiet. The check-in and check-out procedure is quick and easy. There are large supermarkets near the apartment. The tram is also nearby, which is four stops from the center /Opera/. From the airport take the s7 train to Rennweg station. The apartment is located 5-6 minutes walking distance from there.
Negativ: I am only sharing for information that the toilet in the apartment is quite small and an overweight person would not feel comfortable. There is also no wardrobe in the bedroom, but this is compensated by the large wardrobe in the living room. The only thing I would change if I were the manager of the apartment - I would put more toiletries and possibly slippers. The apartment is professionally managed and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna for business or pleasure.

Nice place to stay in Vienna
Positiv: Comfortable apartment with all necessary facilities, nice location near Rennweg, easy access from the airport - direct S-bahn line, excellent soundproof and ventilation, hospital owner Angelika.
