Positiv: Top ausgestattetes, sehr großes, sauberes Apartment, toll gelegen, Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten per Bahn erreichbar, Check-in, Check-out und die Kommunikation mit Salam & Team professionell, freundlich und problemlos. Hatte einen super schönen Urlaub. Dankeschön!!! 😊

Negativ: nichts

Positiv: Ich habe für meinen Neffen und seine Familie gebucht. Sie waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Quartier, auch der Vermieter war freundlich. Es gab genug Platz, so dass sich der kleine Leo(1,5J) auch gut bewegen konnte. Alles war sauber und super ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein und sehr ruhig, im Wohnraum merkt man die Straßenbahn, dafür hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung praktisch in jede Richtung. Die Station von 9er und 2er sind direkt vor dem Haus, andere Linien in 5 Minuten Entfernung. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restauranrs/Wirtshäuser. Meine Verwandten empfehlen die Unterkunft und wollen auchh gerne wiederkommen. Preis-Leistung stimmt jedenfalls!

Negativ: Es gibt nichts zu meckern

Positiv: We lived in apartment 1 with my son. Very nice and great communication with Salam and his team. Easy to get to the apartment according with the instructions. Cozy, comfortable and nice stay. Apartment equipped very good for comfortable stay. Recommended!

Negativ: As it mentioned before, shower doors aren't close completely, and water gets on the floor. Other issue - it's no hooks for the towels And the pillows in the bedroom were not comfortable for me. But it's not critical issues and it's doesn't affect the overall impression

Generally everything was good but the price for such kind of apartment is above the average level as we found

Positiv: The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was everything you need for staying of few days in Vienna.

Negativ: There was a TV but it doesn’t have tv programs.

Nice and comfortable apartment, good location

Positiv: The apartment is very comfortable and nice. The kitchen has practically everything you would need. Seperate toilet and shower was very practical. The location is good, not right in the centre, but it is easy to navigate to the city, and tram stops are right there. I used the shower, toilet, fridge, washing machine, and electric kettle - all of them working fine. Self check-in and check-out were very comfortable.

Negativ: The windows of our apartment were right beside the tram stop, so it was quite noisy when the tram would arrive. There were no hand towels provided, just two towels per person, no big deal. Also, in the toilet and shower, there were no hangers to hang the towels for showering and drying after the shower. The shower cabin doors couldn't close completely. Very small space was left, which would cause water to go on the floor outside of the shower, again, no big deal if you were careful.

Positiv: Perfect apartment for both short and long stay. Everything was clean, perfect and fits any needs. It would be definitely a pleasure to stay here even more than we had to. Also a tram station nearby, so you can easily get yo the city center in about 10 minutes as far as i remember.

Positiv: The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and the host was kind and very helpful.

Positiv: Well located with easy access to public transport. The apartment is clean, spacious and good facility eg, kitchen and washing machine. Feels like a home.

Amazing apartment

Positiv: This apartment simply exceeded our expectations. We felt ourselves just like at home. So cozy and comfortable. A lot of space, well equipped kitchen, clean toilet and bathroom, perfect location (you can reach a historical city center by tram, the stop is in 2-3 minutes walk). Supermarket with variety of goods is close to the apartment. Also nearby you can find a bear factory with shop inside and Manner factory also with its shop in 10 minutes walk. Salam is very professional and polite host. It's an amazing place. Highly recommended!!!

Positiv: We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. Everything looks new and you have a lot of space plus it’s really quiet here. The next tram station is very close to the apartment, so that you can reach the inner city really quickly. The communication and check-in and check-out with the keyboard worked also perfectly. :-)
