Positiv: Freundlichkeit und Hilfe durch die Vermieter. Danke.

Negativ: Da wir nicht mehr jung sind, war der Weg mit dem Gepäck vom 4. in den 3. Stock nicht ideal, wir würden es aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Positiv: sehr nette Inhaber und super Lage bei top Preis Leistungs Verhältnis! sehr zu empfehlen!

A great quiet location a few streets away from the Steffi cathedral, making all sights no more than 30 minutes walk away

Positiv: The location, the bath, the large lounge. Easy to get into building and appartment. The lift.

Negativ: The gas heater, early morning noise from the rubbish/bottle collection.

Family holiday in Vienna city centre

Positiv: The apartment was in a good location, right in the centre of Vienna. It has good facilities for six people - although one of the bedrooms is off the main bedroom. It was clean and comfortable, and when we had a problem with the electrics it was quickly sorted out.

Negativ: Nothing.

Great location

Positiv: Location of the apartment 5 min walking distance from main pedestrian mall and 10 min from Stephansplatz. It’s on a quiet street but close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and subway station. Easy to get to from Wien Hbf station via U1 train which stops at Stephansplatz station. Washing machine great to have to do laundry. Issues with not getting hot water to take shower. Called Elisabeth and she immediately resolved the problem.

Great Location , a nice stay

Positiv: Thank you so much to the owner. She helped us with everthing immediately. We had a little accident at the house and brake the egg maker. She did not accept any money or a new one. She made everthing easier for us🙏The location is amazing we stayed in the heart of Vienna. Bed were comfortable. We had basic kitchenware to cook.

Negativ: Nothing actually.

Positiv: A very good location. Very close to the historic center. Facilities very close: shops, subway. In a very old historical building. Surprisingly, it has an elevator, although only up to the last floor, from where you have to go down a floor. Clean and pleasant inside. You feel like home.

A short stay in Vienna on our way to Salzburg. Apartment was satisfactory.

Positiv: Very central, 4 min walk from the main square. Quiet alley way with no cars. The host responded very quickly to all messages and was very helpful in providing information

Negativ: No light in the living room. No lift. The pillows were very uncomfortable. On work days you get woken up early by the suppliers as there are 3 restaurants underneath. The host could have left a bottle of water for us. Our flight was delayed a lot, we just caught Billa before it closed. We could have been left with no water for the evening. There were no tissues, kitchen roll or napkins in the apartment and we couldn't buy any of that as it was public holiday for 2 days.

Great accommodation close to sightseeing

Positiv: Very good location, walking distance to many sightseeing places. Excellent info received from the owner ahead of the trip and the self check-in went smoothly based on the instruction. The apartment was clean and all basic necessities are accommodated, eg free Wifi.
