MODERN VIENNA by JR City Apartments

Positiv: gute Lage, schöne Umgebung (Park, Donaukanal), gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber.

Gemütliche Wohnung in nettem Viertel!

Positiv: Ich war eine Woche in der Stadt und hatte einen sehr guten Startpunkt für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge und Erledigungen. Sehr gute Lage am Augarten, mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Geschäften und ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür. Fahrkarten für die Wiener Linien gibts in der Trafik am Gaußplatz. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für 1-2 Personen und die Küche ist einfach, aber sinnvoll ausgestattet - v.a. Spül- und Waschmaschine machen das Leben leichter. Das WLAN ist stabil und schnell. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert und bei Fragen gab es sehr schnelle Hilfe per Mail und Messenger.

Negativ: Besen und Handfeger und eine Wasserkanne würden bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sehr weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung hat ein paar Eigenheiten (Altbau, schlau eingerichtet), z.B. ist das Klo für lange oder breite Menschen recht eng und Licht im Bad bedeutet auch immer Licht im Schlafzimmer (gemeinsames Oberlicht). Darauf muss man sich einfach einstellen.

Positiv: A well equipped apartment in a normal residential building. The kitchen allows for proper cooking and there’s a washing machine. The heating worked really well which was important given the outside temperatures.

Negativ: A few things to note. It’s a ground floor apartment with almost no daylight. The bedroom has no window. I suggest to replace the sofa because it has really bad smell.

Positiv: Good accomodation, clean, near everything, and the guest was very nice and helpful.

Positiv: The appartments are perfectly located. You have all stuff for comfortable staying. Good interchange of the public transport near the house, it helps you easily get anywhere in the city

Positiv: Conforme aux attentes. Metro à quelques minutes qui va dans le centre, même si l'appartement est excentré du centre ville.

Appartamento spazioso poco distante dal centro.

Positiv: Appartamento spazioso poco fuori il centro storico di Vienna, varie due camere da letto, un divano letto in zona soggiorno, bagno e cucina.

Negativ: Il water si trova in una piccola stanza separato dal resto del bagno e non è molto insonorizzato quindi dalla zona soggiorno e cucina si rischia di sentire tutto. Non ha lavandino perché si trova nella stanza bagno con doccia e lavandino. Vicino alle fermate del bus ma a qualche minuto a piedi dalla fermata della metro.

Ottimo

Positiv: Posizione ottima comodissima a tutti i mezzi fra ristoranti parco e centro commerciale e Danubio ma tranquilla. Appartamento grande comodissimo per 4 persone a piano terra (solo 3 gradini al portone per accedere). Acqua calda e riscaldamento ottimi che per chi va in Dicembre come noi è indispensabile. Consigliatissimo

Negativ: Questo purtroppo in nord europa è una consuetudine il water è in un angusto spazio apposito separato dal reto del bagno

Positiv: Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i spełniło moje oczekiwania.
