Positiv: Super Lage, ruhige und schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Unkomplizierter Ablauf

Negativ: Die Dusche könnte ein kleines Upgrade mit einem besseren Duschkopf vertragen. Außerdem passiert es sehr schnell, dass der Boden überall nass wird

Positiv: - kuzer Weg von der U-Bahn bis zur Unterkunft - sehr gute Ausstattung - Bilder entsprachen der Realität - Größe der Wohnung

Negativ: - zu viele emails vorab; statt 9 mails mit teilweise dem gleichen Inhalt hätte 2 genügt.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung im Hinterhaus. Ruhig, sauber und geräumig. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit u.a. einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Lage ist super: Supermärkte, Cafés, Kneipen, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Uni sind fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Negativ: Das Wetter war leider sehr schlecht.

Schöne, praktische Unterkunft, in einer schönen Umgebung.

Positiv: Es gibt eine Espresso Maschine und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das hat sehr geholfen!

Hidden gem in Alsergrund

Positiv: - very kind host, clear instructions - the apt is sooo stylish, loved the interior design! - high ceilings, spacious - I’ve never seen so many utensils and small details in the kitchen in short term rented apartments!! A wide range of tea, super cool coffee machine, olive oil, you have literally everything to cook, just buy some groceries and enjoy :) - separate dressing room - very nice location, extremely quiet at night, close to tram stop, Spar, city center is in walking distance

Lovely apartment

Positiv: A very quiet and well maintained apartment. I couldn’t ask for a better apartment for my short stay in Vienna. The kitchen was completely equipped with everything you could need for a few days. The location was great! Close to the city center and public transport stations, while also being in a very calm and friendly area! It is a clean and modern apartment which I highly recommend! :)

Negativ: I prefer firm mattresses, so the extreme softness of the mattress on the bed was painful for my spine. And microwave oven (if it was) would be just more convenient.

Positiv: Location was great. Very well-connected, Had anything needed for a comfy stay.

Positiv: Excellent location, metro station five minutes walk. There are several restaurants and a Billa supermarket nearby. Easy check-in. Very quiet place. Good sound insulation. High ceilings. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Comfortable mattresses and two separate blankets - it's very convenient. We stayed for 9 nights and got two sets of towels. Great! Very good coffee machine, plus they left us a supply of coffee beans and coffee cream. And we had wonderful coffee every morning for free :) Thank you very much! There is an illuminated electronic clock built into the bathroom mirror - a useful little thing :) The apartment was clean and warm (we arrived on Christmas Day). The Internet wasn't great, but not bad. Overall we were very pleased and would like to stay in this apartment on our next visit to Vienna. Negativ: The main and serious disadvantage is very bad regulation of water temperature in the shower stall. So it was very uncomfortable to take a shower. The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard. The windows of the opposite apartments are only 30 or 40 meters from our windows. You can't live in this apartment with the curtains open. But the curtains in the apartment are very thick, so during the daytime you have to live with the lights on. This is unpleasant and annoying. We really needed additional thin and light curtains for the daytime.
