Positiv: Wir waren sehr spät angereist. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, alles einfach erklärt bekommen und die Woche war total entspannt!

Negativ: Leider war das Wetter in der Woche sehr heiß, aber wir bekamen von Eva Nachricht und gute Infos per Mail.

Positiv: Geräumige, saubere Wohnung in Innenstadtnähe. Standardmöblierung.

Schöne Wohnung für Urlaub in Wien

Positiv: Perfekte Lage direkt an der TU Wien, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten am Karlsplatz/Ringstraße. Lebensmittelladen, Streetfood und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Grosse, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 großen eigenen Schlafzimmern.

Wien ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit einem riesigen Angebot für jeden Geschmack. Und eine unendliche Anzahl an Kaffeehäu

Positiv: 5. Stockwerk jedoch mit Aufzug. Sehr hell, großzügig geschnittene Zimmer. Neben der TU Wien. Maximal 5 Minuten von der U Bahn Karlsplatz. Gutes Wohnviertel, jede Menge kleine Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel in der Nähe.

Super

Positiv: Everything was fine, cleaning very good, present as coffee tablets for coffee machine I’ve found and only this already can be rated as 10 stars. Also tablets for dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was super!

Negativ: N/A

Comfortable, safe stay with the family.

Positiv: Location is great - close to Naschmarkt and Karlsplatz station which makes it easy to access Schönbrunn Palace and Prater Park. Also in walking distance of Wein Hbf if you’re arriving by overnight train, and of the Museum Quarter. Supermarket around the corner as well. Property was clean and they provided more than one pillow per person which is nice for those of us who sleep with two pillows :) on the 5th floor but lift accessible. Fans provided so you can still sleep with the windows shut in the summer, and on the windows, these are double glazed and has good sound protection, though the area is pretty quiet. Bathtub for those who prefer it - good water pressure. Washing machine with detergent provided - no dryer, only a drying rack but with the weather clothes dry overnight.

Negativ: It’s not a dislike or a con - just a note in case it bothers anyone. It might just be the way apartments were structured but the toilet was in a small little closet like space separate from the bathroom and the sink to wash hands. So it just felt a little strange to use to toilet and then have to walk over to the bathroom. Oh - the freezer could use a defrost but it works perfectly fine!

A stylish and well equipped apartment in the heart of Wien

Positiv: Beautiful apartment in the very center of the city. The place is a few minute walking from the Naschmarkt and from the MuseumsQuartier

Negativ: There is no onsite option to drop by luggages if needed, but the host was really helpful in finding some alternative options

Positiv: Simply Superb. Excellent communications from the owners who also provided a lot of information about sightseeing, restaurants and pubs etc. Very spacious, clean and well appointed property. Quiet and convenient location, a short walk from the Karlsplatz metro station and tram stops.Good value for money.

Positiv: I loved every detail of this stay - location, facilities, price.. We stayed as a family with a kid - it was very spacious, we felt like we are living in our own apartment.

Negativ: very small detail : if toilets could be in the same space with bathroom, would be perfect!

Short trip to enjoy Vienna's Christmas Markets

Positiv: The location was great, it's just around the corner of Karlsplatz. With easy access to public transport, this apartment made for the perfect location of a quick trip to Vienna. The apartment was clean and really spacious.

Negativ: There is no coffee in the apartment, so if you can't wake up without your morning coffee, bring some ;)
