Positiv: War den Erwartungen entsprechend. Das Appartement war eine feine Altbauwohnung, die 3 Zimmer ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr nett gestaltet.

Positiv: Haus selbst ist ein wenig runtergekommen- aber die Wohnung ist schön hell und hat viel Platz für 6 Personen- nur Tisch gibt es keinen daher wäre es zum Essen etwas eng an der Theke Haben um Appartement etwas vergessen, wurden aber sofort verständigt und konnten es noch selbst holen.

Negativ: Man hört die Straßenbahn da sich das vermutlich über das Haus überträgt trotzdem die Fenster ganz neu und dicht sind - hat mich aber nicht sehr gestört

Amazing place

Positiv: Amazing place to stay for large family/groups. Very spacious in all means. Large hallway and bathroom. Three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. All spotless. Fully equipped kitchen. Despite being in the centre it is very silent with windows closed. We had a very relaxing and comfortable night.

Negativ: Space

Positiv: Spacious sunlit apartment with easy check in and nice staff. There was a baby cot and a high chair provided as well.

Negativ: Glasses and mugs were dirty in the kitchen kabinet at arrival. Baby cot did not have any bedding, I expected at least some sheets.

Positiv: The apartment is very spacious and beautiful just like in the photos.You have everything you need dishes,towels,hairdryer.The communication with the host was really good and we could even check in early upon request.Supermarkets and a few shops were close.It was a very quiet and clean neighbourhood.You could reach the city center and other attractions such as Schonbrunn very easily by public transport.

Negativ: It is a bit far from the city centre.About 30-40 minutes on the subway and a 15 minutes walk to the subway station so for who wants to visit the city it could be an inconvenience to spend almost an hour daily commuting.The apartment could be a bit cleaner,we found stains on the couch and pillows and a broken cabinet in the kitchen.One bedroom was really spacious and the other two were very small.But other than that everything was perfect and we had a great time.

Positiv: The inside of the apartment was very nice, It has 3 large bedrooms which are well equiped and in good condition. Well decorated. It has a real good feeling inside, it has fans in every room which helps deal with the summer heat. There is a laundry machine with all the neccessary material.

Negativ: The entrance to the buidling is still under construction and I think it still needs alot of time and work. The kitchen is badic and not really suitable for 5 to eat in. the U bahn is not really close, but the tram is very close. The palace is about 30 minutes walk. The street has many supermarkets nearby. It is about 30 minutes by U bahn to hte city center. IT does give a good value for money if you consider the distance.

Positiv: The apartment is great, looks better than in the images. The location is very close to the subway station. There are some places where you can eat or drink a coffee near the building. If I will come again, definitely I will book again this apartment.
