Positiv: Lage. Ausreichend Imbisse und Lokal und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Verkehrsmittel. Unterkunft einfach aber mit viel Umsicht für Besucher vorbereitet.
Negativ: Wer pingelig ist, wird sich an der Sanierung der Altbauwohnung stören.

Günstig, aber völlig okay
Positiv: Günstig, schlicht und einfach, aber es war alles da, was man braucht! Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Es war alles wie beschrieben.
Negativ: Es sollte eine Lösung gefunden werden, wie man beim Check-In unten ins Treppenhaus kommt. Wir haben einfach so lange bei irgendwelchen Nachbarn geklingelt, bis jemand geöffnet hat. Alternativ warten, bis jemand rauskommt.

Okay for its price
Positiv: It’s quite convenient: microwave, stove, enough kitchen appliances, hairdryer. Extremely good bed mattress, there were a couple of blankets for cold and warm weather. Clean and warm. Good location (tram, bus, S-line, Spar and Hofer nearby). Problem with entrance key was solved.
Negativ: Wall-to-wall carpet - it is too difficult to clean it properly, so it would be better just to have laminate flooring. No table at the kitchen. Unstable WiFi. A lot of notes glued to the walls, so you feel like a ‘Memento’ main hero.

Positiv: The place is in a good quiet locality close to a last stop of a tram so it is very easy to find. There are clear instructions in the apartment how everything works. The place is nice and clean. Big highlight is a small kitchen with a stove, microwave and kettle. There were also two pairs of bed sheets, thin and thick ones. The aparment has everything one can need for a simple stay.
Negativ: The neighbours in the flat above us were a bit loud.

Positiv: Everything was ok :) the place is quite big (for 2 people) and clean and had everything we needed (although we didn't use the kitchen to cook so I don't know about the kitchen equipment). Just one thing was unclear - we got into the house because the cleaning person opened the door for us. Otherwise, I'm not sure how we would've got in, since the keys were in a box next to the apartment, but the front door to the house is usually closed (since it's a normal house with many apartments). But for us, everything went well. The location of the apartment is good too, it's a residential area, there is a tram station nearby and it's not far from the city center by tram. There are also supermarkets nearby and the river is also not far.

Positiv: It was really warm especially when the weather outside was -5 degrees, it was really cozy and there were left a lot of utilities a person may need in his stay there like a brush or a DVD player with a couple of interesting DVDs left to watch. It was one minute away from the bus and tram station and like 5 from the metro station something that made the location perfect for a tourist when he wants to visit literally anything in the city but it’s also perfect if you want to relax because the neighbourhood is really peaceful there are a couple of restaurants and a bakery near by and you could easily stay of the centre. If I was visiting Vienna again I would definitely stay there again.

Positiv: Megérte az árát, szuper kis lakás. A konyhában van vízforraló, kenyérpirító, mikró, gáztűzhely, hűtő. A hálószobában kényelmes, nagy méretű ágy, tv és még néhány dvd is (pl. Trónok harca). Maga a lakás szerintem tökéletes választás ha néhány napos low budget kirándulást tervezel:) A környék is jó, este sem volt semmi para, inkább nyugis kicsit külvárosi, lakónegyed. A főbb látványosságok kb 30 perc alatt érhetőek el tömegközlekedéssel.
Negativ: A megérkezéskor megkaptuk a belépési infókat, de a főbejárat csak kulccsal nyitható ami a lakás melletti boxban van. Amikor hívtuk a tulajt azt mondta, hogy várjunk amíg valaki ki, vagy be megy és úgy be tudunk bemenni. Szerencsére éppen jött valaki, így fel tudtunk menni. Ez pont 1-kor volt és még ott volt a takarító, kb 1 órát kellett várnunk amíg végez. Ez egy kicsi kellemetlenséget okozott az érkezéskor.
