Positiv: Es riecht gut, nach neuen Möbeln und frischer Wäsche. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, auch mit Kleinkind. Das Bett ist schön groß. Die kleine Küche hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar sämtliche Gewürze sind vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank. Außerdem ist die Lage top. Neben U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sogar ein Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Positiv: Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. U-Bahn sehr nahe, Parkplätze & Parkgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe. Check-In war einfach & unkompliziert.
Negativ: Einziger „Kritikpunkt“: In der Küche gab es kein Geschirrtuch - das hat mir beim Abwasch gefehlt zum Trocknen.

Really nice apartment with so many extras
Positiv: This property was a real luxury, we felt incredibly comfortable, everything was here, beautiful coffeemachine with blender, oven, stove.. everything was there, even spices and dishwasher with liquid, same for the washing machine, everything was sooo clean and a really comfortable big bed. The only problem: Shower was only COLD WATER!!
Negativ: Cold water in the shower (I couldn’t wash myself, it was icecold)

Pefect place for its money
Positiv: Perfect location, easy to find for travellers by car as it is close to motorway. Not big but comfortable enough for short stay for family of 4 people. Lots of free parking places around and paid parking is also available just nearby
Negativ: We were slightly disturbed by the smell when entering the apartment, but with open windows it disappeared quickly

the property was excellent, the administration is poor.
Positiv: The property itself was excellent, clean and convenient. it had everything necessary for a nice stay, great coffee machine, comfotable beds, modern design. The metro station is 100 meters from the apartment, shops and cafes in close proximity.
Negativ: 1) First of all, the property was located at a different address from the one indicated on booking com. We only learned the real location on the day of arrivl when we received check-in instructions and it created major problems for us as we selected this property only because it was at the address shown on booking.com (which turned out to be several kilometers from the real location). I do not know whether it is a mistake of the booking.com or of the property management, but this is the first time I have come across such a situation. By the way, the location on the map as shown on booking.com turned out also to be wrong, and it was different both from the actual location and from the address shown on booking.com. 2) We paid in advance for parking at the building, but when we arrived it turned out that all places were taken, and we were not the only unlucky ones - another customer arrived a few minutes after us just to find out that their spot is also taken. There are only 5 parking spots, surely it should not be that difficult to manage it? I do not understand how it is possible not to be able to see how many paid reservations you already have? 3) The check-in time was 15.00 but as we were arriving an hour earlier (14.00) we paif 20 euros for early check-in. Which, as it turned out, was just wasted as this hour was spent on sorting out the parking situation and looking for another parking options etc. 4) The check-in istructions and \

Positiv: the apartment is modern, beautiful, clean, the metro station is close
Negativ: The door at the entrance to the building had to be pulled with all your strength to open it, and the access email said we would be staying on the 2nd floor, but the apartment was on the 5th floor and because of that we had no access to wifi.

Celkové jsme byli spokojeni, dobrý poměr cena - kvalita. Bylo by dobré doplnit mikrovlnou troubu.
Positiv: Prostorný apartmán s moderním zařízením, pohodlná manželská postel v ložnici i rozkládací pohovka v obýváku, široké vybavení kuchyně (zaujalo nás množství příborů), nádobí pro všechny účely, k dispozici koření, cukr, sůl aj. Prostorná koupelna kombinovaná s wc, horká voda bez problémů. Citelně oproti tomu ale chybí mikrovlná trouba. Pro zájemce o prohlídku centra Vídně ideální spojení metrem, zastávka kousek od ubytování.
Negativ: Chybí mikrovlnná trouba, za rozkládací pohovkou byly pohozené neuklizené použité papírové ubrousky, nemohli jsme spustit televizi v ložnici, zcela nefunkční wifi. Zatéká ze sprchového koutu i při jeho plném uzavření, nutno vždy vytřít podlahu koupelny. Okolí apartmánu poměrně živé, hlavně večer, hodně multikulturní lokalita s vysokým podílem obyvatel z neevropských zemí.

Positiv: Достаточно просто найти и войти в квартиру. Квартира чистая и полностью подготовлена к приёму гостей. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Зимой в квартире было тепло. Хорошо работает душ и краны. Постель чистая. Из окна вид на улицу
Negativ: Полное отсутствие связи с хозяином. И в приложении Booking и в приложении WhatsApp общается исключительно чат-бот, который не даёт ответы на вопросы. Я писал и в Booking и в WhatsApp 6 раз. Я сообщал, что мы будем использовать для сна не только кровать в спальне, но и диван в гостинной. В связи с чем я просил два комплекта постельного белья. Чат-бот отвечал что-то, совсем мне связанное с вопросом, типа: \

Positiv: Metró megálló mellett van, nem zajos környék este lehet pihenni, nagyon kényelmes ágy.
Negativ: Zuhanyrózsa nem áll meg a tartóban, cserére szorul. Mosogatógép szűrője tisztításra érett.
