Schönes kleines Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Positiv: Schönes kleines Apartment mit allen was man benötigt, Bett etwas klein für 2 aber ausreichend. Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, Parkhaus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Sehr netter und immer schneller Kontakt.

Negativ: Ausstattung der Küche, was Besteck angeht könnte es etwas mehr sein und ein paar größere Messer, z.b. Brotmesser wären super. Ansonsten alles nötige vorhanden.

Very satisfied

Positiv: beautiful, very comfortable apartment with all necessary accessories. Lots of space and an extremely nice owner, gave tips, replied immediately, instructions were clear. After approaching the not so far located metro, or bus, you can quickly get to the center. We are really pleased.

Negativ: For us the price could be lower.

convenient location for a short stay, incl good facilities, but beds uncomfortable

Positiv: we liked the convenient location, close to many public transport alternatives. the apartment was clean and had all essentials including dishwasher and laundry. comfortable for 3 persons for a few days. it was very hot out, but the apartment was cool enough for sleep.

Negativ: the beds were really uncomfortable. the bed in the main bedroom was super squeaky, you couldn’t move at all without the bed squeaking, which was very annoying. the bed sofa in the living room was ok, but very hard.

Positiv: Perfect for a family ...small things were taken into consideration like detergent liquid was provided..fan was arranged on one message..kitchen was very spacious and modern..excellent interior...

Negativ: Frequent sound of electric circuit ON /OFF related to water heating device was annoying, especially during night hours

Great visit to Vienna

Positiv: Excellent location, both quiet and centrally located. Apartment was well appointed, and hosts communicated well.

Positiv: The apartment is new, very stylish and clean. The host was very helpful, replied my messages right away.

Negativ: The bed and the sofa bed were not comfortable.

Positiv: Чудові апартаменти! Є все необхідне для проживання. Зручне розташування. Докладні інструкції для заселення. Господарі завжди були на зв'язку та оперативно відповідали на всі повідомлення. Зручно, що є не тільки кровать, а ще і диван, як спальне місце

Positiv: I like the closeness of this appartement to the train station , supermarket and lots of places to eat in the neighborhood.

Negativ: Nothing really!

Positiv: Very nicely designed apartment, with all the amenities & super clean! Also, the location is ideal for metro, bus, tram, and everything.

Negativ: Most people will find the bed really uncomfortable, especially after a long day. Also, footsteps from the floor above can be heard during day AND night.
