Positiv: The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job – everything was spotless and very well maintained during our stay.

Negativ: Breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The staff at breakfast were very disorganized. Our orders were repeatedly forgotten, even though there were not that many guests. We had to remind them several times about what we had ordered, and in the end they even tried to overcharge us on the bill. We also had to ask for the bill multiple times before anyone brought it. What was even more surprising was the inconsistency in the food. The day before, the breakfast was much tastier and well prepared. The next day it was completely different and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this class. The cappuccino was also extremely poor — honestly unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Overall, the breakfast service and quality were very disappointing and definitely need serious improvement.

Excellent with some areas for improvement

Positiv: An outstanding property finished and furnished to the highest standards. Very warm welcome. We very much appreciated our upgrade to a suite and the voucher, thank you. The suite itself was beautiful and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed using the excellent spa facilities.

Negativ: Breakfast was good but for the price we paid it was a little underwhelming. There are some issues with service in the bar and restaurant, not as seamless as one might expect for the prices being charged per night.

Positiv: A beautifully designed room with an elegant atmosphere

Negativ: Unfortunately, the constant pressure from the housekeeping staff was unpleasant. On the second day, we wanted to sleep longer, but there were repeated phone calls and knocks on the door every 10 minutes, which disrupted our rest. I believe guests should be able to relax and leave the room when they choose

In a magic city the hotel let us experience the aristocratical touch we always dreamt about.

Positiv: Every is set to let you live the experience you planned to have. In many situation the staff went even beyond our expectations. So far among the best experiences we had.

Negativ: There was nothing there we could complain about. If we have to find anything maybe the shift from a buffet to à la carte breakfast without previous information to the guests but both the experienced were perfect though different.

Very nice stay in a beautiful hotel.

Positiv: The hotel is new and well decorated. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast area. Excellent location.

Negativ: The pillows are very big. They should offer different types of pillows.
