Positiv: It was easy to get in. If you plan to spend less time at the place and more with sightseeing, it is a prefect place to stay.

Positiv: perfect location, perfect for the price, clean, cozy, warm, comfy bed and pillows, coffe maker with coffee, water dispenser, fridge, interesting building with red carpet and concert salon, bath clean and new.

Negativ: no sink in the kitchen but there's one though in the toilet downstairs, forbidden to use the hot plates (not that we needed it), a tv would be nice to have

Positiv: Konumu muhteşem. Tuvalet en alt katta ortak ama biz çok problem yaşamadık çünkü tüm gün dışarıdaydık yatmadan yatmaya geldik. Duş ortak değil her odanın ayrı duşu var ama alt katta. Biz bunları bilerek gittiğimiz için memnun kaldık. Konumu harika.

Positiv: La excelente ubicación y lo limpio que se encontraba tanto la habitación como también el WC y la ducha.

Estadia muy comoda, volveremos!!

Positiv: El lugar estaba muy limpio, los baños nuevos y la cama muy comoda!!

Negativ: Los baños no estaban muy cerca de la habitacion, pero entiendo que es por el tipo de edificio

Excelente ubicación, mala privacidad

Positiv: La ubicación es excelente, en el mismo centro con facil acceso al transporte público.

Negativ: La acústica es terrible se escucha absolutamente todo lo que se habla y pasa en el resto de las habitaciones. El baño es verdad que es dos plantas más abajo, estábamos alertadas, aún así nos chocó que era justo en frente de la entrada del teatro e iba uno en pijama y la gente saliendo del teatro pasándote por al lado.

Positiv: Spacious room, coffee machine in the kitchen, professional classical music concerts in the same building, location in the heart of the city, old palace building.

Negativ: Toilet and Shower outside of the room - you need to walk a corridor in public space. And then you need to close two doors with the key. Less comfortable. There is no place for used water in the kitchen, that is you can heat the water, there is a source clean water (big bottle, automatic). There is second room to the same kitchen, and the sound isolation is not the best.

Positiv: La ubicación. Excelente..súper práctico para estar pocos días y conocer mucho en Viena.

Negativ: La.limpieza de las escaleras. La habitación si es súper limpia. Pero los alrededores no.el.baño está a unas cuantas escaleras de la habitación. Es limpio tb..pero está lejos de la habitación..

Positiv: Doskonała lokalizacja, piękna klatka schodowa, w pokoju było wszystko to, co miało być. Świetne miejsce na krótszy pobyt, na dłuższy czy rodzinny pobyt szukałbym czegoś z łazienką w pokoju. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem.

Our stay was great! The room was simple but everything we needed for one quick night.

Positiv: The location was wonderful and the room was just as we expected! Simple but effective for our brief stay.

Negativ: The bathroom was separate from the room and three sets of stairs down. We expected this, as it is clearly listed, but this definitely wouldn’t be ideal for every traveler.
