City Center Lofts

Positiv: Clever eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht (Seife, Duschgel, Wettex und Spüli (das gibt es eigentlich nirgendwo!), Gläser etc.). Die aktuelle Bewertung kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - der Preis ist großartig und alles war sauber. Check-in lief problemlos - für mich eine einwandfreie Option.

Negativ: Das Bett ist sehr hoch (das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem), aber die Matratze geht nicht über die Holzkante des Bettes - das heißt, wenn man aufsteht, schrammt man mal elegant über den Holzbalken des Brettes. Die Türe schließt nicht ganz perfekt - das könnte im Winter uU unangenehm werden, da es direkt aufs Bett ziehen könnte - jetzt im Juli war das überhaupt kein Problem.

Nice, clean, near city center

Positiv: It was a nice small decent room, with a kitchinette, clean and very easy to find it.

Negativ: We stayed in room 1 and there it was an issue with the window, which was not able to close properly and all trafic jam it was like passing though that room and allso could. Beside this, also the bed is very high and you need to pay attention each tine you hop in/hop off from the bed.

Great value for money

Positiv: Convenient price, comfortable bed, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

Negativ: It’s a bit far from the city centre - about a 25-minute walk - though that’s something you know before you book it. Also, it’s on the ground floor and there’s quite a lot of traffic, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Positiv: I was visiting my daughter & her apartment was less than a minutes walk away.

Negativ: It had no view as it was a basement apartment

Positiv: the place is excellent, I would choose again it was great, the city illustrated our constant phrase to children - don't be close to the street in the crosswalk

Negativ: It was good, liked everything

Positiv: We loved the area. Prater only 12 min by walk When we arrived in the kitchen tea and coffee waited us. I like how the little flat is looks like. Who made this a flat was genius because definitely wasn't flat before. Easy to communicate with staff

Negativ: The air when you entered flat still can smell bit mould even they have machine working on that . Parking is quite expensive..we don't know include shower gel or not but we have no any. The towel on the floor in bathroom I think already was used because were wet when we arrived. On the wall opossite with bath and toilet didn't remove the mould big mistake I living in Ireland where this is common you should clear with some liquid wash it off often and would better air everywhere.. Some damaged on kitchen door and on wardrobe door when we arrived after all I would stay here again and still recommend

Great cozy room for the price, I would recommend it for my friends

Positiv: Very clean room, with a few tea bag and cofe-machine, a cozy bed and hairdryer availability. Also very comfortable placement of hotel and a clear instruction on how to check in to your room

Negativ: Unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which made it impossible to open the bathroom door

Positiv: Easy self-check-in, the orientation on how to get there, and all instructions were very well written. The room was clean and organized Coffee machine and tea were available Nice kitchen space, modern and with a small fridge Nice gesture giving us a small chocolate There are plenty of sockets

Negativ: The door of the box was missing, so each time we had a shower, the bathroom looked like a pool, and no mat was provided. Also, the towels smell a bit strange (like when it is in the wardrobe for a long time) The property is on the ground floor, the fact that the room is on the street side, the noise at night with the cars is very bad to sleep even with the windows closed. The mattress is comfortable however the pillow is not and the bedsheet/duvet provided was 2 singles, not for a double bed. It was small for us, plus was cold, so wasn't enough. The smell in the corridor was a bit strange as well, like humidity. Overall, to be fair the property delivers what you pay for.

Positiv: The locations was close to the centre of Vienna. The size of the apartment was perfect for two people. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities.
