Positiv: Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Eine der Duschen ist sehr schön. Es gibt große, abschließbare Schließfächer. In jedem Zimmer steht ein großer Tisch. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es werden keine übermäßigen chemischen Sprays oder giftigen Lufterfrischer verwendet.

Negativ: Eine der Duschen hat einen geringen Wasserdruck und das Wasser läuft langsam ab. Einige Oberflächen (z. B. in der Dusche) sollten täglich vom Personal abgewischt werden.

Positiv: Alles sauber, sehr freundlicher und flexibler Betreiber. Einfach und schlicht aber für den Preis echt toll ausgestattet

Positiv: Wir waren als Familie > 2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder < für 8 Tage dort! Es war alles perfekt! Wir haben alle in einen Raum geschlafen und konnten uns sehr gut selbst Verpflegen, da alles, in der Unterkunft, vorhanden war! Ein Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler stand im Zimmer! Eine kleine aber feine Küche > mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, usw, mit viele möglichkeiten sich selbst zu Verpflegen, steht direkt im Flur! Der Herr des Hauses > Sam < ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Er ist sofort zur Stelle, wenn man irgendwas benötigt oder eine Frage hat! Wir kommen auf alle fälle wieder! Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Positiv: Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft würde jedes mal wieder buchen, der Herr mit dem wir in Kontakt waren war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Absolut 10/10

Empfehlenswert - günstig und angenehm.

Positiv: Hilfsbereites Personal und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Negativ: Wenig Privatsphäre, jedoch weiß man das im Vorhinein, da man einen Schlafsaal bucht.

Positiv: toll und einfach gemütlich und sehr gut Küche da alles selbst machen!!

Negativ: nur bisschen etwas Dinge Möbeln eng gestörten, aber nicht schlimm! schon Ordnung! 😊😊

Positiv: Bed was really comfortable und bedlienen was like new, clean, smelled well. Tramvay station is just in front of the entrance and a warm place to stay

Positiv: The room and shared facilities are fully equipped, clean, and well-maintained. Every corner is thoughtfully labeled with instructions and signs, showing the host Sam's attention to detail. The entrance is right next to the bus stop, making it very convenient, and it’s also close to Schönbrunn Palace. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby as well.

Negativ: Until the day I checked in, the host had not sent me the code for the room key, which made me feel anxious while being in a foreign country. I had to borrow a phone from a passerby to call the host, and only then did he send me the message. There is only one sink in the bathroom, so after using the toilet or when you need to wash dishes, you must wait until the bathroom is available. Hot water is only sufficient for about 15 minutes of showering, so you need to shower quickly to avoid running out. Considering the price and other advantages, I still had a pleasant stay overall.
