Fantastic location to enjoy the Christmas markets and all the amenities you need

Positiv: Location was great. We had Christmas markets either side of us and St Stephens was an easy 5 minute walk. Plenty of eateries around too. (BTW check out Kolar). Liechtensteinstrasse 4 parking garage was great value at 9.90 for 24 hours and the stairs opposite the apartment took you straight there. It was good to have a lift because you are on floor 5 and there was plenty of space to spread out. If we went back to Vienna at Christmas we would stay there again. It was also great to have an information booklet for the apartment and the local sights and restaurants.

Negativ: These older apartments create their own spatial problems. The lift is really tiny and slow but does the job. The bed has no access from the sides so you have to climb in from the bottom ( which is ok for a short stay). The toilet is small but you do get used to that too.

Великолепно провели время в Вене.

Positiv: Все было просто великолепно! Хорошая, всем оборудованная квартира, в самом центре. Рядом достопримечательности, кафе, рестораны, магазины. Все в пешей доступности. Машину оставили на парковке и всюду ходили пешком. Все понравилось нам. Хорошее расположение, просторная, чистая квартира.

Negativ: Парковка далеко, но мы взяли только необходимые вещи, чтобы в руках не нести, но это единственная парковка, за 12€ в день. Минут 10 шли до нее. Поближе парковки были за 40€ в день.. Учитывая то, что в центре Вены нам ездить никуда не надо было, это хороший вариант парковки. Она привязана к этим апартаментам. И мы забыли новую электрическую зубную щетку в спальне, спальня узкая и щетку просто забыли за кроватью, заряжали. Но это мы сами не проверили, хотели съехать вовремя.

Positiv: The apartment had everything for a short or even a longer stay and the price and location are great. We received all the information we needed through messages and always got fast replies.

Positiv: The location was hard to beat. Everything is close. The apartment is spacious and offers everything you need, which we appreciated especially with small kids. Check in is smooth and kitchen is tiny but sufficient.

Negativ: There is nothing bad to point out. Only, with small kids who explore every corner, we would have some areas better cleaned, like under the beds.
