Lage sehr gut, Ausstattung OK, Kommunikation mit Vermieter Katastrophe

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung und das Bad sehr gut.

Negativ: Bei der Ankunft war im Schließfach kein Schlüssel. An der Rezeption war zum Glück noch jemand. Es war 20:45 Uhr bei unserer Ankunft. Die Telefonnummern auf unserer Reservierung waren nicht erreichbar. Der Concierge telefonierte dann eine Stunde mit allen möglichlichen Verantwortlichen für diese Wohnung. Aber niemand übernahm die Verantwortung, hatte keine Ahnung oder keine Zeit. Es war eine Katastrophe. Nach ca. 1 Stunde gab er uns dann verunsichert einen Ersatzschlüssel. Was wäre gewesen, wenn der Consierge schon Feierabend gemacht hätte?

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut - zentral, ruhig. Das Apartment ist modern und sauber.

Negativ: Die Unterkunft ist relativ dunkel.

Mitten im ersten Bezirk

Positiv: Besonders gut war die zentrale Lage Mitten im ersten Bezirk unweit des Stefansdom, Graben usw.

Negativ: Das SmartTV war etwas schwierig zu bedienen, wurde aber nicht oft genut zt

A wonderful place to stay. Beware to close the bathroom door when showering as the water does leak out of the bathroom.

Positiv: Spacious clean and cosy apartment! Perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Vienna. The apartment has everything you should need, it’s well equipped and easy to access. We loved it!

Positiv: The apartment size is really comfortable and has all amenities to use! The building is lovely and easy to navigate in and around.

Negativ: The location is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station which is not too far but after a long day, it added an extra hurdle getting home at night.

Positiv: Modern apartment, silent rooms, fully equipped and more than expected spaces. Central location, perfect to move to the main attractions without (or with) public transport. High-responsiviness of the owner/support team. Overall,very positive experience.

Negativ: It's not a complain but just an informative note: if you're leaving on Sunday, then the apartment Concierge is not available if you need to leave your luggage for a couple of hours after the check-out. So remember to ask for either a late Check-In (40 hour in advance, extra service to pay) or search for a different solution in the city centre.

Positiv: Perfect location, 10-15 mins walk to major attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Easy private check-in

Negativ: Apartment gets very hot as there is no aircon. It was alright with open windows.
