Cosy apartment in central location

Great but could be better

Positiv: Location was great, room was very clean and staff helped us with a lot. They were really helpful.

Negativ: There was damaged furniture, uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Positiv: A lovely apartment very close to tourist attractions in Vienna. Very accessible to get to Vienna historic quarter and has excellent transport links too. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Positiv: The location was very good, it was easy to access the appartment and the hosts were really kind!

Negativ: For 3 persons it isn't a very spacious appartment and the bathtub in the bathroom doesn't hold water😅

Comfortable and convenient

Positiv: The flat was directly opposite the University where I needed to work. It was comfortable and warm, with excellent shutters on the windows. It was, for the most part, quiet - I think I never heard any neighbours. The bath ran very quickly with astoundingly high water pressure, and the kitchen was fine for my purposes. The bed was comfortable and there were several extra quilts for when it got cold.

Negativ: The worst thing about the flat is that there is no washing machine available, which meant that I had to get new clothes during my 3 week stay. The central heating needs some work - all the radiators needed bleeding everytime I turned them on, and they made a constant dripping noise. In addition, turning on the lights in the bathroom also turns on the fan, which is extremely loud and very ineffective. There was no hoover or other cleaning supplies in the flat, though as I mostly used it as a base to sleep, this wasn't the end of the world. The building site opposite is a little annoying as they start work so early, but the shutters keep most of the noise out.

Good choice for a stay nearby public transport, cozy apt.

Positiv: Great location, open and bright apartment with comfy beds. Near the tram stop (approx. 3 min walk) and several shops you can go have breakfast or coffee. Friendly host, easy to communicate with, fast reply.

Negativ: The key was very hard to open the door, we had a couple struggles with getting in lots of times. There were very limited with basic household items like soap, tea etc. The shower head in the bath tub does not work properly.

Nice studio in the university area! Would go back without hesitation.

Positiv: Fantastic location in Wien, walking distance from most of the city's points of interest, and pretty well connected to the public transport network. At the same time, enough out of the old town to enjoy the quietness of the area.

Negativ: It's not the owner's fault, but the faculty of medicine is building their new building just in front of the studio. This is not the most compatible for those who wish to sleep late in the morning at the moment.

Positiv: It was very easy to check in. Apartment was very clean and location is great!

Уютная квартира недалеко от центра в тихом районе

Positiv: Мы останавливались буквально на одну ночь, но остались очень довольны. Квартира в тихом районе в 12 минутах ходьбы от Rathaus и метро. Очень светлая, стильная и уютная. Есть посуда, кофемашина с несколькими капсулами, фен. Очень большая двуспальная кровать. Понравилось, что заселиться и выселиться можно бесконтактно по коду. Недостатков мы не обнаружили
