Positiv: Alles top, bitte fixt aber die Toilette das hat mich irritiert, sonst empfehle ich es jedem

Wir haben unseren Silvestertrip nach Wien sehr genossen.

Positiv: Schöne Altbauwohnung in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt in Wien braucht. Wir wurden nett empfangen und bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Sekt. Vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes sauberes Apartment

Positiv: Das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Apartement war sauber. Die Lage ist auch toll, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahn entfernt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bereits vorm Check-in abgeben was sehr praktisch war.

Negativ: Leider war das Wasser beim Duschen sehr schnell kalt, wir waren 6 Personen und das warme Wasser war nach der ersten Person schon verbraucht. Der Vermieter sollte da unbedingt etwas unternehmen.

Positiv: Wir waren zu fünft für eine Nacht in Wien, schöne Wohnung, sehr groß und geräumig, sehr sauber, einfacher Check-in,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !

Positiv: Stylish, well equipped, really spacious apartment.

Negativ: Awful cigarette smell coming from the corridor. Unfirtumately it gets into the apartment and lingers on for the whole day/ night.

Great location and helpful host made for a comfortable stay.

Positiv: We loved how clean and well-maintained the property was. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect—we could walk to the Christmas market, and the surrounding area had plenty of Asian food and restaurants, which was very convenient. The unit is on an upper level without a lift, but that was no issue for us.

Negativ: Only minor suggestions would be to add a full-size body mirror and improve the lighting in the dining area, which felt a bit dim.

Positiv: A huge apartment and having 2 showers and 3 toilets was great! Great to have cleaning products tea coffee and sugar available. The bottle of procecco and fruit was a really lovely thought. Great location for getting around Vienna. Would definitely stay here again!

Negativ: The blind in the middle bedroom didn't work so couldn't open the window. Window in the bathroom didn't open. The iron and ironing board didn't work. The apartment is lacking mirrors in the bedrooms. All these things are easily fixed! It can be noisy when Trams are going past and they start early

A very satisfying stay

Positiv: We were a group of professional colleagues each needing a bedroom and not wanting the confines of a hotel. This is a lovely, sound proof, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment with everything you could think of. Access is easy and quick from town via the U and tram and there is a Billa supermarket 5 minutes walk away and Coffee Pirates downstairs for great breakfasts. It is much better value than the average hotel. There is only one key but we left this in the lock box so we individually always had access.

Negativ: Nothing. Everything is provided.

Worth staying

Positiv: Huge apartment in almost city center, walking distance from the main attractions. Very well furnished with several rooms and toilets

Negativ: Narrow stairs, hard when carrying a stroller. No elevator (1st floor)

Positiv: everything is amazing here! The apartment is comfortable and every clean. The host is very nice to us. Spend 2 wonderful days there. I’m definitely going to choose this apartment next time.
