Ruhiges Stadt-Appartment, kleines Bad (ohne Kochgelegenheit) in zentraler Lage im 16.Wiener Bezirk.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoß an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im Bezirk Ottakring. Wer mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, ist in ein paar Minuten bequem über die vielen Wiener Fahrradstraßen, beginnend an der Hasnerstraße, mitten in der Innenstadt oder auch im etwas entfernteren Schloß Schönbrunn. Parkmöglichkeit im ca 2 km entfernten P&R Parkplatz Ottakring Huttengasse zu derzeit 4.10€ pro angefangene 24h. Dort gibt es auch zwei Supermärkte, bei denen man sich mit dem Nötigsten und frischen Backwaren versorgen kann. Gebührenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus rar, aber vorhanden. Vorher mit den in Wien üblichen Parkscheinen eindecken (die werden auch fürs Kurzzeitparken erwartet).

Negativ: Auch wenn die Bildern in der Beschreibung, auf denen eine Dunstabzugshaube zu sehen ist, suggerieren, daß eine Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden ist, so ist dem aber nicht so. Denn die Kochplatte ist mit einer silikonverklebten und daher nicht entfernbaren Stahlhaube verdeckt. Auch gibt es keine Töpfe/Pfannen. Aber es gibt eine Mikrowelle --- und leckeren Kapselkaffee als Entschädigung. Das kombinierte WC/Duschbad ist etwas klein, aber gerade noch ausreichend.

20 minutes from the ring around the center. Excellent!

Positiv: Great location. Around the corner from tram 46 which brings you to Ring/Volkstheatre for other connections to the U-bahn or other trams or a short walk to the center. The 2 tram is a 7 minute walk which also brings you to Ring/Volkstheatre. The apartment was nice and warm which was really appreciated after walking around with temperatures at freezing.

Positiv: Very close to the tram station and close to a lot of markets. Also quite close to the subway

Negativ: The bathroom was too small

Nice value for money.

Positiv: Very good location. Spacious. It’s not the first time we stayed in Wien, and for this money we got much smaller properties much further away from the center. Getting the keys was easy as we didn’t have to call anyone or wait.

Negativ: The room is on the ground floor and the windows overlook a street. Even thought they were fully closed, some people were yelling and doing disgusting things in front of the windows and we couldn’t sleep well. I know it’s not the fault of the property but just be prepared if you need a good rest.

Overall it was great, very clean, had everything you would need, and the staff was very informative, flexible and nice!

Positiv: It’s in a good place, many shops nearby, and very close to public transport, so it’s easy to get into the city center.

Negativ: I didn’t like the fact that it was level with the street outside, so you can’t really open the windows if you don’t want people to see inside.

Positiv: Recommend) very nice apartment) clean, comfortable)

Positiv: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közel a villamos, busz és metrómegálló. Számos élelmiszerbolt, patika, pékség a közelben. A lakásba könnyű a bejutás, a szállásadó rugalmas, megfelelő a kommunikáció.

Negativ: A fürdőszoba valóban kicsi, de 2 felnőttnek, pár napos tartózkodáshoz megfelelő. Esetleg javasolnék egy porszívót vagy feltörlőt, hogy zuhanyzás, étkezés után könnyebb legyen a tisztaság megtartása a lakásban.

Positiv: Apartman je lep, čist. Lokacija je nama odgovarala zbog blizine hale u kome se održavao koncert. Veza sa centrom grada je bila odlična zbog blizine tranvajske i metro stanice. Sve u svemu ok!

Negativ: Apartman je baš lep ali je kupatilo jakooo malo Kada želite da jedete u apartmanu, ne sviđa mi se što ne postoji sto sa stolicama već samo fitelje i stočić

Wiener Stadthalle közelében

Positiv: Közel a Wiener Stadthalle, jó elhelyezkedés. tágas szoba, jól felszerelt, egyszerű bejutás a szállásra

Negativ: kicsi a fürdő

Positiv: Ubicación, la cama es cómoda, los sillones también. Es genial

Negativ: Me faltaría una cocina para que fuera perfecto
