Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! Das Apartment hat uns super gefallen
Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß. Man könnte auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt diese Wohnung nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut 👍
Negativ: Wenn man sehr lärmempfindlich ist sollten ggf. Ohrstöpsel mitgenommen werden. Die Wohnung Nummer 9 hat das Schlafzimmer zur Strasse hin.

Empfehlung, wir würden wiederkommen
Positiv: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Check-In selbstständig und flexibel. Lage gut angebunden mit Tram und U-Bahn. Definitv zu empfehlen!
Negativ: Bett war etwas weich und Bettdecken relativ dünn, aber beides kein Problem für ein paar Nächte

Positiv: Super wohnung, sauber, modern, gutes internet.. als exilwiener kann ich den pizza city empfehlen der ums eck auf der thaliastrasse ist 1/4 stueck nur 1,50€
Negativ: Das bett hat sehr gewackelt und das sofabett war .. wie ein sofabett ist .. hart und unbequem ..

Good price, good location, good apartment
Positiv: Perfect for weekend trip. Very Clean, 1 large spacious bedroom and 1 large shower room, 1 small toilet. Washing machine meant I could travel light.
Negativ: Toilet room extremely small but no real problem. Good place to stay

Positiv: Very cozy apartment! Two rooms, large bath, has everything you need to live comfortably, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, everything you need to make a delicious breakfast or dinner! Next to the store around the corner, and across the street a pastry store with amazing buns! Easy to get anywhere by subway or streetcar! The streetcar is literally 2 minutes away! Constant communication with the landlord, very quick to respond and any issue quickly resolved! Unambiguous 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positiv: Everything was great - easy check in with code and video instructions, big, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, very clean and modern, with every amenity needed! Stylishly decorated with attention to details. 2 tram stops nearby. Spar in the same building. We have enjoyed our stay!

One of the best accommodation I stayed during my vacations.
Positiv: It was way more than what we expected. A very tidy, modern, beautiful, pretty big apartment with almost everything someone needs for leaving during a vacation. Washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, dishes, TV, high speed internet, etc. the tram station is one minute away and you can access the city center and all the attractions with 5 tram stations. A big supermarket and also a turkish one just beneath the apartment. It was very pleasure experience for me and my family.

Amazing freshly renovated flat, great location, helpful hosts. Definitely coming back!
Positiv: The apartment is idyllic, and freshly renovated, with all the amenities needed. The location is simply a perfect, quiet area, yet just outside the house, the number 46 tram takes you to Rathaus in 10 minutes.
Negativ: It would be great if there were some tips on how to use the induction, coffee machine, etc. It would be great if some basic goods were provided: oil, salt, pepper, tea & coffee. It was also weird to have a separate room for the toilet and a separate room for the bathroom.

Great apartment to visit Vienna
Positiv: Big, clean, renovated apartment. Not in the centre but easy to reach by public transport (10 minutes to walk to the underground station or the tram stop is just behind the doors. We had a problem with the code to enter the building and it was solved by the owner (even it was a Saturday evening).
Negativ: Next to 2 tram stops, so it was quite noisy especially during the nights in the weekend
