Positiv: Lage ist klasse. Ausstattung ist klasse. Supermarkt direkt im Nebenhaus

Positiv: Sehr geräumig und sauber , ein großer Vorteil ist das die Toilette und das Badezimmer 2 Räume sind. Der Wohn/ und Schlafraum ist ausreichend groß. Wir fahren mit drei Frauen dort , wobei eine Person auf einer Schlafcouch schlafen musste, die wie auch das Doppelbett sehr bequem war und man darauf sehr gut geschlafen hat. Wir werden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Positiv: Beste Lage in Wien. Das neue Bett war sehr bequem. Und der Balkon ist ein Pluspunkt!

The stay was very comfortable, we truly felt at home

Positiv: I really enjoyed the location. The house had a very modern design and was fully equipped with everything needed. It stayed wonderfully warm during winter, felt incredibly spacious, spotless, secure (with an elevator), and was situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly kind, personally welcomed us on arrival day, and remained readily available for any questions or needs throughout our stay.

Negativ: Everything was perfect overall. My only minor suggestion would be to add thicker curtains, though it's really not a significant issue.

Positiv: Location is excellent for visiting Saltsburg's old town and the unit is very well equiped.

Negativ: The unit is on the 4th. floor in an old building hence no lift & uneven steps. Not recomended for the more senior travellers.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Vienna for sightseeing.

Positiv: The location of the apartment is excellent! Everything is reachable by foot from the apartment. It is widely equipped with extras - an oven, separate bathroom and toilet, balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.

Negativ: The apartment was quite loud. Since it has wooden windows, most of the street noise comes through. The apartment is also equipped with a water heater that makes strange and quite loud noises.

Convenient location

Positiv: The location for us was very convenient to things we were wanting to do. A good supermarket was a couple of minutes walk as was the tram.

Negativ: The lighting could have been stronger. Stable supplies like sugar, laundry powder that all places we have stayed at were non-existent.

Good size room, clean and very close to restuarants and a short walk to the old town.

Positiv: We arrived late in the evening but Dinko was waiting for us with the keys

Negativ: There were no cupboards to keep our clothes. It would have been nice if there was a small wardrobe in the room.

Great facilities and location.

Positiv: Really good sized studio. Bright with lovely outlook and good kitchen. Excellent location with good access to public transport and all of the sights. The air- con was a godsend.

Negativ: Nothing to complain about.

Nel cuore di Vienna

Positiv: Dinko è stato da subito molto disponibile, abbiamo organizzato il check-in con lui, la pulizia era impeccabile, l'appartamento caldo e accogliente, in una posizione perfetta sia per muoversi a piedi e girare tutto il centro, sia per la metro proprio sotto casa! Assolutamente consigliato!
