Residential Elegance: YourVienna Classic Apartments in City Center

Spacious, practical and homey, with few things that could be improved

Positiv: The location of the flat is great, at the heart of the city center - a couple of minutes away from U3 Stubentor - while being in a relatively quiet street. The apartment is very spacious, great for kids to have space to play and run around. There is a good pizzeria right next to the flat, very practical for improvised dinners. I appreciated laundry detergent being made available, as well as dishwasher tablets.

Negativ: The beds were not very comfy, the mattresses could be replaced in all beds. Some furniture looked old and were stained. I would recommend some things to be replaced. The bathrooms are also quite old fashioned and one of them produced a weird smell.

A perfect stay

Positiv: It is a lovely accomodation. A very big and cozy apartament situated only 7 minutes walk from the Wien Cathedral in the city center and there is a private safe parking 24/24 near the accomodation (2 minutes walk). One of the best accomodations we ever had in Wien.

Positiv: Very comfortable, lots of space, very clean, quiet, nice location.

Negativ: It would be nice to have some coffee capsules for the coffee machine and a vacuum cleaner or a broom as there is no daily cleaning service.

Positiv: Fantastic location, a lot of space to stay with big family, responsive personnel, clean rooms and bed sheets

Negativ: Only one toilet

Vienna non delude mai.

Positiv: L’appartamento si trova in un elegante quartiere e in posizione perfetta per visitare Vienna.

Negativ: L’appartamento è molto grande con tante comodità soprattutto per chi sta un mese o più. Alcuni suggerimenti che spero vengano accettati. Sarebbe carino far trovare una bottiglia d’acqua agli ospiti e poi potrebbe essere molto utile montare una doccetta accanto al water nel bagno all’ingresso utilizzato da chi dorme nella seconda stanza da letto.

Positiv: الشقه في عمارة قديمه لكنها مؤثثه بشكل ممتاز وحديث الشقة كبيره جدا. وفي وسط فينا كل شي قريب ما يحتاج سيارة. الأسواق والسوبر ماركات والمطاعم وهي عبارة عن ثلاث غرف مكيفه وصاله كبيره ومطبخ وحمار واحد مرحاض. فقط. والشور في مكان آخر وفي غسالة ملابس وكل ما تحتاجه

Positiv: Departamento Moderno, cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal muy efectivo y amable.

Negativ: El sofá cama del living requería un lavado

Para quem precisa de espaço e privacidade é um espetáculo.

Positiv: A localização é espetacular, muito perto do metrô, muitos restaurantes e supermercados nas proximidades e muito perto do centro histórico. Museu Sissi, Museu do Mundo a aproximadamente 12min de caminhada. O apartamento é em um prédio antigo, com pé direito enorme e piso de madeira mas, onde tudo funciona. As camas são muito confortáveis e lençóis e toalhas muito limpas. Banheiro funciona bem e a ducha é agradável. Talvez a única coisa curiosa seja o fato de privada e banho serem em ambientes separados mas nada que seja ruim. Cozinha falta apenas um micro-ondas, de resto tudo completo. O apartamento é enorme e quartos também. Calefaçao funcionou perfeitamente apesar das temperaturas externas negativas. Local muito silencioso. Importante, tem um elevador moderno e Wi-Fi eficiente.

Negativ: Houve um vazamento no banheiro, vindo do apartamento acima, que foi sanado momentaneamente, mas de resto tudo ok.

Positiv: Tesisisin konumu çok iyiydi. Çocuklu aileler için uygundu. Ev sahibi Albi bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu.Kendisine sorduğumuz her soruya anında dönüş sağladı. Biz iki aile tesiste oldukça konforlu bir tatil yaptık.
