Einfaches Appartment mit guter Ausstattug in toller Lage zu einem guten Preis

Positiv: Der Vermietre hat nach meiner genauen Ankunftszeit gefragt und schon auf mich gewartet. Er hat mir alles im Appartment gezeigt und erklärt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett!

Die Unterkunft hat genau das geboten, was ich von ihr erwartet hatte.

Positiv: Die zentrale Lage im ersten Bezirk, die Nähe zu Geschäften und zu U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen.

Negativ: Mit dem Fenster zum Schwedenplatz war es auch nachts sehr laut.

Sehr schön und abwechslungsreich, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Positiv: Die Wohnung lag sehr Zentral und für Aktivitäten gut war alles von da aus gut erreichbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief unproblematisch, freundlich und sehr gut!

Negativ: Wir waren mit allen sehr Zufrieden und es gibt nichts, was negativ zu erwähnen wäre!

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut für alle Unternehmungen in Wien. Küche und Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Für die Nacht bei geöffneten Fenster sollte man Oropax dabeihaben!

Excellent

Positiv: The apartment is in 5 minutes walk from Saint Stefan church. It's also next to a metro station. It's in the heart of the historical center.

Negativ: The apartment should be more clean.

Positiv: Close proximity to everything, size and that it had a washing machine

Convenient location for visiting Vienna!

Positiv: The location of the apartment is very convenient for reaching the city center. Subway and tram stops -Schwedenplatz- are really near (50m) and you can easily reach any destination in the city. The apartment is little but has everything you need for a short stay, there's no AC, but a fan is helpful for hotter days.

Negativ: An update of the furniture would be nice, but not essential especially given the value for money which is very good

Positiv: Wonderful location, easy access to the metro, walking distance to all sights located in the centre. The apartment is well equipped and clean with everything a family or an independent traveler might need. The owner is polite and very helpful, a really good person. A real value for money, the photos you see at Booking are real.

Positiv: Excellent location, easy to walk to centre, airport bus and next to metro Helpful host

Negativ: Would have been nice to have aircon and ice cube tray as hot in apartment - also would have been nice to have a toaster as not convenient to make toast in oven grill Would have been nice to know the entrance is on the side street as took us a long time to find the entrance

Excellent location with very nice host

Positiv: Excellent location, very near to U-Bahn and other public transportations. A lot of restaurant, shops, and supermarket nearby. The host is very generous and helpful. My friend forgot an adaptor at the room, and he could return to the room and got it with the host's help. Room key handover process is easy and smooth. Internet signal is great.

Negativ: The bed (or mattress) is quite old, and should be replaced. Only few hand towels and floor mats are given (we think there should be a bit more). Shampoo and Soap should be prepared similar to Hotel as well. It's very close to the public transportation, so it may not suitable for one who is difficult to sleep because of the noise.
