Sunshine by prater

Positiv: Sehr gute Anbindung zum U-Bahn Netz (nahe Praterstern). Waren für ein Konzert im Happel-Stadion + Wienwochenende da, wofür die Lage für uns ideal war. Sauberkeit auch top, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (für die, die sie benötigen).

Aufenthalt zum Wienmarathon perfekt: Start war zu Fuß, mit der Bahn und mit dem Rad problemlos zu erreichen

Positiv: Großräumig angelegtes Appartement mit viel Platz. Spartanisch eingerichtet, aber mit allem was man braucht inkl funktionierender Waschmaschine. Einzig der auch schon von anderen vermisste große Topf fehlt weiterhin, da muss man sich mit zwei kleinen und der Pfanne behelfen…perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Praterstern.

Positiv: geräumiges Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Ruhig und bequeme Betten, eine kleine Küche - gut zum Frühstück machen oder eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen und zu essen. Gute Ausstattung, angenehme Atmosphäre, warm und gemütlich. Gute Lage.

Negativ: ein zusätzliches gemütliches Licht fürs Wohnzimmer hat gefehlt, aber das hat uns nicht so sehr gestört

Positiv: Spacious and clean apartment close to the metro and the tram stop. Easy communication with the hosts and self check in process.

Great apartment and perfect location!

Positiv: We really enjoyed the apartment and its location! Just a 5-minute walk to two main metro lines, with only 2–3 stops to the city center and most major attractions. That said, we often chose to walk — it took only about 15–20 minutes on foot to reach the heart of the city. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a convenient BILLA grocery store right at Praterstern metro station, which is very helpful, especially since it stays open later than most.

Positiv: Very central, walking distance from the major touristic points. The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Very good, would be happy to recommend

Positiv: Very happy with our stay; comfortable bed, very quiet, good shower/hot water; warm and easy to use heating if you need. Host was very accommodating, easy to reach and friendly, we really appreciated that.

Negativ: Could do with some more/thicker pillows and shower gel dispenser was broken/empty. It’s a good half an hour walk to old town but tram close by.

Convenient

Positiv: The living room and bed room are almost same as photos. Compared to other apartment, the price is good. It is convenient to access to the airport.

Negativ: None. It is true that a door knob was broken, but overall staying here is comfortable.

Positiv: Недалеко від центра, поруч метро, автобуси, трамваї. Квартира велика, тепла, було чисто. Ми майже весь час гуляли по Відню, повертались тільки щоб переночувати. Ми були втрьох, нам було комфортно.

Negativ: Душова кабіна в кальції, мабуть потрібно чистити спеціальними засобами, щоб не було нальоту. В духовці був грязний противень. Не вистачало тумби або столиків біля ліжка, щоб тримати дрібні речі або телефони заряджати.

Positiv: Apartamento con buena ubicación, limpio, bastante amplio y cómodo

Negativ: No tiene microondas y se escuchan todos los ruidos de los vecinos, el portal etc. La última noche no pudimos dormir debido a la música que venía de uno de los pisos
