Central Apartment

Positiv: Die Lage in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft in der Nähe des Praters war für uns sehr gut. Restaurants und Supermärkte waren ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und fand schnell Lösungen für kleine Probleme.

Negativ: Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, allerdings ist die Qualität der Ausstattung mittelmäßig. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es für die Gastgeber sinnvoller, in eine hochwertigere Ausstattung zu investieren, anstatt Mängel zu beseitigen. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte überprüfen, ob alles gut funktioniert, ob Besteck, Küchenutensilien usw. sauber sind, bevor das Zimmer neuen Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Positiv: We liked everything. The apartment was very nice and with all the services we needed. The position is perfect for people that visit the Austria Center, in an elegant residential area that lies exactly halfway between it and the city center (U1 metro system). Informations about where to find the keys are sent via Booking.com only on the same day of check-in.

Positiv: Excellent value for money in a nice area in vienna. I thought apartment felt bigger than what it looks like on pictures. Responsive host and close to train station. Would recommend

Good location with everything for short stay.

Positiv: Good location with everything you need. Host very responsive and gave good tips of directions, public transport and sites to see. Close to eating places, supermarkets, Prater Park and public transport. So easy to get around!

Positiv: The place was clean and tidy. There was enogh space for four adults. The kitchen is basic, but do the work. Location is perfect, close to subway and train towards airport. Host was responsive and check-in/out was contactless, which was nice. We enjoyed our couple of days stay here and will try again next time.

Negativ: The couch(pillows on the couch) were not ao comfortable and we had back-pain after sleeping.

Nice Central Apartment

Positiv: Central Apartment is a very spacious and clean apartment, at about 25 minutes walk from Stephanplatz in a quiet area. We arrived quickly from the airport, about 40 min by train. We manage to access the apartment easily by following the instructions given by the host. The living room, bedroom and kitchen are spacious and well equipped.

Negativ: There are not negative things, but just suggestions: it would be helpful to have some sugar and salt in the kitchen; also a bedside table next to the sofa in the living room would be helpful.

Otherwise, it is a great apartment, and we did enjoy the stay there.

Positiv: The location was very good and close to the metro station and tram. If you would prefer walking, it takes about 30 minutes from the apartment to city center. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, close to the Prater park and other attractions. The apartment is spacious, it has a full kitchen.

Negativ: The boiler was a bit noisy, and this might be a problem especially during the night. The handle of the door needs to be fixed.

Positiv: Great location! Also the apartment was very comfortable for our stay. The owner was very assistant. I definitely recommend it

Positiv: Les nombreux équipements, four, casseroles, grille pain etc...

Tutto sommato è stata una esperienza positiva, tranne per quello che ho segnalato.

Positiv: La posizione è ottima, la casa accogliente. Check in facile. Host molto educato. Consiglio la struttura.

Negativ: La luce del bagno e della camera da letto, non funzionavano sempre. Termosifoni non funzionavano bene, una volta accesi facevano rumore e dovevamo spegnere.
