Stylish Apartment for 6 near Vienna International Centre Metro U1

Positiv: Sauber, die Einrichtungen in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, und leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel die Stadt zu besichtigen.

Negativ: Den Zugang zum Hauptschlafzimmer muss leider durch den Bad, keinen direkten Zugang übers Flur oder Wohnzimmer.

Grosszügige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Der Altbau ist toll!

Negativ: Uns hat es nicht gestört, jedoch lag eines der Schlafzimmer hinter dem Badezimmer und hatte keinen weiteren Zugang. Für Frühaufsteher kein Problem, und für uns als Mutter/Tochtergespann auch nicht. Könnte aber bei schwingenden Bekanntschaftsgrad auch mal unangenehm werden.

Alles in allem sehr schön, ich würde es empfehlen!

Positiv: Die Größe, die Lage, der unkomplizierte Check-in und Check-out. Sehr gute Betten, genügend Stauraum, sehr sauber. Kostenfreies Internet.

Negativ: Nur ein Hauseingangsschlüssel, die Aufteilung der Räume ist für zwei Paare nicht ideal aufgrund des Durchgangszimmer durchs Badezimmer. Die Toilette ist vom Flur einsehbar. Leider keine Espressomaschiene wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.

Positiv: The property has a good location in a quiet area along the Danube. Handy to the trains and grocery stores. The kitchen was adequate and well used during our stay. The beds were comfortable.

Negativ: It is very strange that one of the bedrooms is “trapped” by the location of the bathroom. This situation would be easy enough to fix by placing a door in the main bedroom leading to the lounge area. If this is fixed, the accommodation would be 4.5 stars.

Positiv: Apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities. 15 min walk from station and vienna conference centre.

Negativ: Single bathroom with two doors. No shower (just bath) and awkward layout. Persons sleeping in inner bedroom cannot come out if someone is using the bathroom. Also water heater is very noisy and close to inner bedroom.

Comfortable stay near the Vienna International Center

Positiv: We traveled for work and found this accommodation to be an excellent choice. The host provided great attention to detail. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the bus stop and only 10 minutes from the subway station. There are several places nearby for breakfast and lunch. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything!

Positiv: Clean,, available space,, local specific restaurants nearby, free parking, food store close, 5-10 min to metro station , park very close for sports

Negativ: The location of the toilet in the apartment is a little strange - I recommend creating a better privacy - covering the window with translucent privacy film

Positiv: I travelled for work. The apartment is fantastic, bright, stylish, spacious, clean, well connected to the city centre. It was the perfect solution for what I was looking for.

Cosy, clean and spacious apartment

Positiv: We loved the apartment. It was big, modern and clean. We had everything we needed (2adults, 2kids) even highchair and babycot. Comfy beds. Close to several big playgrounds for kids (water features, motoric park for bikes, scooters), we also used the public transport and bought food in nearby Spar/Billa. Perfect location for families and sportsmen as well.

Negativ: Problem with parking on the street - Wien has short term parking zones, free only during weekends, couldn’t pay it on the street, parking house was far away. One bathroom with toilet would be unpleasant for more adults. All shops are closed since Saturday 18:00 till Monday morning (thankfully gas station Shell had shop opened).

Comfortable apartment near UNO City

Positiv: The apartment is in an excellent location close to VIC and with full amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, tv with Netflix, hairdryer, baby crib and high chair. excellent for a family or a work stay.

Negativ: while towels, sheets, and dish soap were provided, it would have also been helpful to have coffee filters and enough toilet paper, one roll was not enough for a family of 4! I would also advise to consider that the shower is in the bathtub, so it can be slippery and dangerous for elderly people to climb in and out.
