Positiv: Eine schöne und helle Wohnung, gute Lage Bus Haltestelle fast vor der Haustür und U Bahn Station nicht weit weg.

Negativ: Die Matratzen sind viel zu weich man konnte nicht so gut liegen,zu abgenutzt. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.👍

Preiswerte, große Unterkunft in Wien

Positiv: Schöne, große und preiswerte Wohnung. Mit der U-Bahn erreicht man das Zentrum in 20 Minuten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Negativ: Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Die Toilette müsste ausgetauscht werden, sie riecht unangenehm und ist wirklich alt und abgenutzt — das war nicht besonders angenehm. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nämlich schön…

Clean apartment

Positiv: Good location for public transport. Good communication from host on the check in & check out procedure. Apartment was clean.

Negativ: Basic needs met. Cooking facilities are adequate but basic. Only 1 pillow. Plug in kitchen sink doesn't work. Not enough hot water for 2 people to shower.

Positiv: It's not luxurious, but I've been staying here regularly for over 10 years when on business cause it's close to the VIC, has everything I need, seamless checkin and best price. If I stay in the core city Innertadt,the price is 3x. Not having to take the packed subways in the morning is important for me. I prefer walking to work.

A good price-quality ratio

Positiv: The apartment is a good choice, it is even bigger than it appears in the photos. They have a very simple check in and check out option, I had no problems. It is located about 13-15 minutes from the metro station. It is line 1, so then it is only about 5 stops to the center. In total, it took us about 30-35 minutes. It is a very safe and quiet area, with shops around. There are quite a few restaurant options, we preferred to spend our evenings in the center. I think it was a good choice.

Negativ: There are a few things that could be slightly improved: the mattresses are too soft and not very comfortable. It is also difficult without any wardrobe. There would be enough space to put some wardrobes. But it was still nothing essential, overall we felt good. Let's not forget that it is a cheaper option than many others. We recommend this apartment!

Positiv: Apartment was clean, with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Check in was contactless and easy without any problems. Nearby a bus station , 10 minutes by foot from the metro station, there were restaurants and supermarkets not far from the building. Big park area near the river-5 min by foot. Good price.

Negativ: It was very hot outside and air conditioning would be great, but there were only fans, that was helpful .

Nice and comfy

Positiv: Lovely and comfortable apartment in nice and quiet area with grocery shops around. Close to the subway station, we could easily walk or travel by bus. Fully equipped kitchen with a delonghi coffee maker.

Negativ: Dirty toilet, I mean inside where the water sits, so it smells. Stained bed sheet.

Positiv: The location is great. Near the river and close to the metro station. All the utilities are in place and working.

Negativ: Poor water pressure. The flor and coach were dusty.

Positiv: Nice well equiped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Very good public transport connection to the old town (15-20 mins), many shops, cafes and bakery right nearby. New Donau and Old Donau in walking distance - for a walk, picnic or a beach day (Gänsehäufel). All You need for a 6 day vacation in Vienna.

Negativ: The bed matress was too soft for our taste.

Best place with everything nearby

Positiv: - Good location near VIC and all the transportation, restaurant, supermarket nearby - equipment are enough. - Clean apartment with security - very calm and relaxing
