Praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment

Positiv: Sehr nettes Apartment, es hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da gut mit ÖV erreichbar, sehr ruhige Gegend, gerne wieder einmal !

Positiv: Ruhig Lage. Supermarkt 2min. Bäcker 2 min. Alles da was man braucht. Top Preis Leistung.

Positiv: a very nice renovated apartment. good communication with the landlord. easy check in. it was a very nice surprise that it had a fan.

Negativ: the building is old with a strong cigarette smell. the bed was not comfortable for me. no elevator. .

Positiv: It was very clean and tidy. I can only recommend it.

Negativ: There was nothing wrong with the apartment itself, but rather with the staircase — it was extremely run-down and smelled bad. And of course, the residents in the other apartments weren’t very respectful or well-mannered.

Clean, cozy and convenient

Positiv: The location was great, very close to the metro station and close to the center of the city overall. Also many stores and bakeries were just down the street. The apartment was amazing, very clean and cozy, it had everything you would need just like in a hotel. Very nicely decorated and with good attention to detail :) It was also really quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.

Negativ: It has nothing to do with the host or the apartment itself but the only reason the rating isn't a 10 is because of the building itself, which is older and very smelly (moldy smells from the basement and overall just not pleasant odors in the hallways). But as said, its not the host to blame and its really not big of a deal but something to keep in mind. (None of the smells reach the inside of the apartment, inside is renovated and again very clean)

Negativ: Beware there is no elevator. It might be something to take into consideration depending on your luggage.

Great place to recharge

Positiv: A great place to recharge in a quiet neighbourhood

Negativ: Easy access to the Metro but it still takes 20 to 30 minutes to get into the main tourist sites.

Positiv: Amazing stay in Vienna! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything I needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Positiv: A modern and beautifully furnished apartment. Everything is clean and well-organized. The location is good, with a U-Bahn and bus station just two minutes away from the apartment. All praise for the owner, who responded to all messages quickly and clearly. Highly recommend staying here!
