Cozy Design Apartment

Positiv: Für mich beruflich sehr gut passend! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe perfekt!

Ok, aber ein wenig überteuert.

Positiv: Die Lage, Appartment ist recht neu, aber die Wände etc. mit sichtlichen Spuren von Vorgästen. Bad ist schön groß, Bett ok. Für Familien ideal.

Negativ: Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber, unterm Sofa und am Teppich Essensreste und in den Ecken (z.B. im Schlafzimmer) viel Staub. Krümel in den Küchenkästen. Preislich für ein Appartment recht teuer (gab Hotels mit Frühstück um den Preis).

Positiv: Super Lage nahe U-Bahn Linie U3. Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Positiv: Sehr gute U-Bahn-Anbindung, ruhig, gepflegt, sauber und modern. Sogar ein paar Tabs für die Spülmaschine.

Negativ: Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr schmal. Schon für zwei Teenager zu eng, für kleinere Kinder wahrscheinlich ok.

Positiv: The apartment is really comfortable and cosy. Everything is like in the picture. The location is wonderful, easy to get to any historical places as city centre. There is a nice helpful card with a lot of tips where to go or try something traditional and tasty. It’s worth to stay here!

Wonderful apartment in a calm part of town

Positiv: Location is great, 2 mins from metro station. The neighbourhood is calm and clean. There is well equipped kitchen- coffee machine, electric cattle, stove, oven, dishwasher. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, pillows as well. Internet connection is excellent. I strongly recommend it!

Negativ: It would be good, if there is a TV available in the apartment.

Positiv: It was comfortable, very cosy and clean. Good location, close to supermarkets and public transport.

Negativ: The sofa bed in the living room was a little uncomfortable.

Positiv: Great location, nice view, super sweet interior, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen

Negativ: Not so comfortable bed,would be better if there was TV,coffee machine provided some braun colored water not coffee

Excellent stay at a nice apartment with an amazing location in Vienna

Positiv: We went there for me to recover after a medical intervention and things worked out perfectly! Apartment is nice, modern, clean and quiet!Location is a hidden gem! On U3, the metro line that connects most of the attractions in Vienna we wanted to reach. Moreover, nearby there is a little shopping mall that has a lot of tropical and local fruits. This was highly appreciated!

Negativ: Apartment lacks a TV/radio. When you spend a lot of time in the apartment, people sometimes need that.. Also, We could have use use less Vienna style lecturing from the administration site and the owner. We have traveled quite intensely, so far, on 4 different continents and probably more than 100 countries… I am a landlord too and I understand many aspects, but I didn’t appreciate that paper on the entrance door asking people to take their shoes off before entering the apartment… Would I go back there? Yes, undoubtedly! I just wanted these words to get to the right ears and try to make people more welcome and accommodated!

Positiv: Appartement propre et accueillant. Excellent emplacement pour prendre le métro et se rendre aux activités principales de la ville. Quartier calme.
